Besides being a great ENT Dr.Humphrey also specializes in allergies as well. During my last visit to service my ears(which I will do on a quarterly basis) I mentioned about how miserable I had been feeling otherwise. She asked if I had ever been allergy tested. I was straight up honest with her and told her in 46 yrs of life I had never been tested. So we set the appointment for testing(had to be off any previous allergy medicine,supplements for 7 days, just taking my regular prescription) I made it 9 days, because we had to reschedule the appointment, do to another issue. But overall, I was tested for environmental allergies.(at the time of this review I go back in the afternoon to get my results). I actually had a preconceived notion of what to expect for testing, but it went really smoothly surprisingly. (My husband and I are hoping after the holidays to get me in for the food side of the testing), since I had never had that testing as well. When the testing took place it was done with what looked like pin pads vs scratching.Which was great because that meant the ability to do more than one sample at a time. The nurse who administered the test did a great job of keeping me talking and that helped me not to notice what was going on.My husband was with me to keep my mind off things as well, which was a blessing. So if you are looking for an allergist to help,you get things sorted out, Dr.Humphrey and her staff is the way to go! (Dr Humphrey,Thank you to your staff for making my testing a pleasant experience, for having never been tested before.)

If you are looking for an ENT that has a caring touch, a polite staff that listens, and works with your schedule when scheduling appts, Dr. Lea and her crew, fit the bill. It wasn't till after my mom passed, that I found her, because of my ear hurting like thunder. She was able to tell me why, and the course of treatment that was going to be needed. The compassion displayed is very refreshing to see in this crazy world we are going through. Thank You to Dr. Humphrey and her staff for caring for patients the way they do, it really is a blessing to the community.

Dr. Humphrey is an impressive ENT specialist (also very pretty) and we are fortunate to have her at Northeastern Health Care.

After waiting 2 months for an appointment to put tubes in my son's ears, I find myself typing this review as I sit at said appointment. We were told a specific time to be here for the procedure, but have been here over five hours. No explanation, no apology- just the sound of chatter in the hallways and my son's stomach growling, as he was told to eat nothing after midnight last night.

Extremely caring and cheerful. She answered everything and if so personable. The office and staff are very nice. Almost no waiting. Highly recommend anyone needing allergy help to go and see Dr Humphrey and anyone needing an ENT. We've had our little one in to see her as well and Dr Humphrey is so good with kids. A+++++++
