I highly recommend this place from the front desk ladies to the ob’s they are absolutely outstanding and dr.Monroe it don’t get no better than him! Very understanding and kind.

Some of the worst staff and OB’s I’ve ever been too. So rude and they treat you terrible especially that awful receptionist. Get it together!

Highly recommended dr modest McCoy. You won’t get any better then her !!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I'm a new patient here and when I had a problem with my current insurance the ladies at the front desk automatically referred me to the health department and told me that I could call them and get set up on soonercare for my pregnancy- took 5 minutes over the phone! All the staff I met was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. Can't say thank you enough to them-they're the best!

Everyone was friendly and professional from the front room staff to the nurses and the dr who saw me Dr. McCullough. They were very accommodating to me even though I didn’t have insurance and helped me set up a payment plan. It was quick for the fact that I was a new patient and had a lot of paperwork. I would go back here for future needs.

She has been my gyno since 2012 and just moved to another city so I haven’t been able to see her since May 2019 when she tied my tubes but she is the best in Oklahoma! I love her! She listens and knows exactly what to do and doesn’t make you feel stupid for asking questions and just an overall amazing doctor. Highly recommend. I wish she would come back to Tulsa bc I hate the one I’ve had to move to compared to her! We miss you here!

So thankful and blessed for neo staff and Elissa Delong! They are so helpful, welcoming, and caring. They truly want you HELP. Thank you guys for your continuous service to our community in particular Jennifer and Erica for always greeting me with a smiling face at the women’s center in tahlequah. Keep up the good work!

I was wary of this place because the ratings weren't great. I took my daughter for a physical and blood work. I hope my five stars can help. I'd put ten if I could. Every one of the staff was helpful, professional, friendly. The nurse practitioner who assisted my daughter was relaxed and thorough. She took time to explain what she was doing and answer our questions. I have absolutely not one complaint about this place. I feel blessed to have found them.

Truthfully if I had more options I wouldn't go here. I understand that they have a job to do but one thing I found very annoying is how often they call about making appointments. I always keep track of the important/necessary appointments and always make them. But they seem to always want me to come in (even if its not needed) to check something small. And normally I spend a full hour or so waiting for them to check my bp, weight, pee, and the heartbeat of baby. All for no real reason. I do like most of the staff and the midwife I met with was great. I don't have much of an option on the 2 doctors I've meet with. One of them seemed to lack bedside manner and the other was very blend with his presentation but that doesn't mean anything in regards to their worth as doctors. Just makes metting with them less enjoyable.
