Dr Nilson and all of the providers & staff at TWHC are amazing! I saw Dr Nilson for all 3 of my babies & he took such great care of me. Angela is very responsive & caring & has become a good friend . Highly recommend this office!!!

Wow. Insane. I had my lab work here 2 months ago. No one called me to tell me the results so I called the office after 1 month had went by. Played phone tag with a couple staff members. I said I needed my results and no one had called me back. I called again and spoke with the office manager and stated that I had been patiently waiting on someone to call me and give me my results. She said she would have someone call me. Days went by and no one called again. I called the office and said I didn’t know what was going on but this was ridiculous. Someone should call me. Finally a nurse called me two days later that time! She gave me my abnormal results and asked me if I wanted treatment! I said Yes. Days went by and no one called. I called AGAIN AND SAID WHAT IS HAPPENING????? I was told that they are short staffed and they were sorry. So they allegedly called me in a prescription. Days went by and the pharmacy said they had no prescription. I called the office AGAIN and said someone was supposed to call me in a prescription. She said she would check on it for me. So here it is 2 months later……I have NO PRESCRIPTION. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Horrible horrible horrible experience and IM AN RN!

Dr. Nilson was my doctor while I was in the ER and then my admitting doctor for a night. He was amazing. I mean he checked on me, and I was about to discharge and go home but he had the nurse stop me before I left and notify me that he REALLY wanted me to stay to make sure I was okay and nothing serious was happening.I stayed and was admitted. Nothing was majorly wrong but he was great the whole time. Only spent about 7 minutes all together with him but he won me over and made me change OB's! Very excited as a I found a new great doctor!Also, my bestfriend sees Dr. Sterling and says hes pretty great also!

I loved Dr. Nilson! He is always so nice, funny, and always jokes around! it took me 3 times to found the right OBGYN! He Deliver my Twins in 2019! He was right there by my side the whole time! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Nilson delivered my son! I had the best experience in office and at the hospital! All the doctors and the PA Megan are truly wonderful

Dr. Nilson delivered the last 3 of my 5. He’s so easy to work with & hard not to love his personality! I’m so glad to have had someone who has always been able to keep me at ease & making any worries go away.

This man made me feel disrespected and embarrassed. Chuckled at me and made my inquiry to be sterilized a joke. Told me, " Before you start crying..." before explaining that he had zero interest in talking to me about options. Told me he would, " think really hard about it" when I asked if he could refer me to someone else. Worst doctor experience I have ever had and the insensitivity was unreal.

Awful experience. Unfriendly, unwilling to listen, rushed me out. Apt lasted about 5 minutes and I was laughed at. Cocky and insensitive.

I’m so glad Dr. Nilson has taken care of me the last six years! I absolutely love working with him and it’s true what the St. Francis’ nurses say... once you find Nilson, you become a Nilson girl!
