Talked to Krista multiple times about my concerns & nothing was ever fixed my son never saw a dr come to find out the 2 blonde ladies are nurse practitioners they mixed up my sons weight one of the nurses coughs so much she also smells of cigarettes. I have requested a DR multiple times I got to see one of the DR one time. The 2 blonde ladies have completely different views on things plant based everything with one & the other is judgmental as all can be. Also don’t come here looking for a personable person none of them will remember your kid it’s just another one on there list. I switched a few months ago & have never been happier he’s seen his new pediatrician twice & she already remembers my son’s name & she is a DR not a nurse practitioner he gets to see both every visit he goes to now. I highly don’t recommend birth & beyond I tried so hard to stick it out but they are just awful & I have had multiple women on Tulsa moms who agree.

So far so good in 3rd year visiting this office. Edit& Update on 11/09/2023 3* off... They made signing a paper (for a therapist program recommendation)very big deal and Dr Alka sood said that we have to pay 50-75$ for this signature. Again it is just a basic recommendation letter signature of a child who has been visiting the office for the past almost 5 years. This was so cheap behavior of a clinic dr. Currently looking for a new pediatrician closer to our house and won't make any cheap things like this one. An emoji to represent the Dr:🤑

Places awful. You're paying for the location that's it. My child is never even been seen by his primary care always someone else.. nurses are extremely rude and belligerent. This is your run of the mill hey looks like they're sick Go pay your 50 copay come back in 2 weeks.. this is pretty much like walk-in clinic but private practice. Healthcare industry equals never-ending money stream.

Seriously one of the WORST offices I’ve ever been to.. very rushed and brushed off. I am also extremely disappointed in the front staff & how they talked to me, very condescending. As someone who’s worked in healthcare for 6 years, it’s extremely unfortunate to have this experience. I see I’m not the only one based on the recent one star reviews.

Dr. Alka Sood had been our primary pediatrician for the past 4 years. My child has been sick and seen every week for the past 4 weeks in their office. Our visit last week was with the nurse practitioner, Kirsten. Though she is a nice lady, I do not trust her judgement. Several times throughout our appointment she kept mixing up my daughters records with someone else. She had us give the timeline of my daughters symptoms over the past 3 weeks, yet kept getting us confused with a different child. I had to repeat myself numerous times to ensure she understood what was wrong with MY daughter, why she was being seen, and ensure she was still looking at the correct records. Our most recent visit, we were seen for a recheck on my daughter's newly diagnosed asthma. This appt was scheduled based on their advise. Upon our visit, Dr. Alka repeatedly asked why were even there. She also questioned multiple times why my daughter was behind on vaccines, which was the first time we were ever informed she was due for vaccines. Dr. Alka then repeatedly questioned us on her history of asthma over the past year, even though she was the physician to diagnose her only 4 weeks ago. We had been previously satisfied with the care of this office, however, these most recent visits have resulted in us looking for a new pediatrician. My daughter has been in a cycle of running fevers, coughing, vomiting, and not eating over the span of these past 4 weeks. Again, we have been seen EVERY week for the past 4 weeks, and yet there was constant lack of communication, confusion from their team, and lack of care. I understand that this is a large office, however, if you want your child to be seen and heard as an individual and not just a number on their patient list, I would look elsewhere.

The Doctor could care less about our parental questions. Every appointment was hustled and rushed through. Staff was decent at best.

Our kids have Dr Alka since birth. She is a great dr. But the front staff and the nurses are the worst! She was out of town and my daughter had caught a stomach bug so we were needing an appt. I called 8am and they told me to take her to urgent care, when we insisted to get an appt at the office or atleast send medicine prescription they told us to find a different pediatrician! We will be changing our Dr.

I have referred more than 8 persons within a space of 4 weeks to my legit and trusted Account Manager, Mrs. Clarice Haynes, she is the only account manager to ever pay me my profit after my first 7days trade of $1000 that I make a successful withdrawal of $19,750. I vowed to testify of her honesty to the public and that is what I have been doing because she deserves more than it. The doctors and nursing staff are great. The front desk staff can be very unwelcoming and rude at times, which is the only reason I would consider switching offices.

When you have an emergency come up and call the doctors staff to let them know or reschedule they will charge you a “no-show” fee. They claim I had a ridiculous amount of them, so I asked them to show me and the office manager didn’t want to. I was asked to pay it, but didn’t have the money, so they unethically dismissed my entire family from their practice, knowing my sons needs. Not once did they let me know until I needed to call them for my sons medication refill. The manager and the receptionists don’t do the doctors a favor. There is always a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere when you approach the desk. The doctors are great and make you feel welcomed, which is nice. But when the young lady’s up front and the manager degrade you and make you feel like trash to the point of crying, it’s not worth it. Dr. Umung apparently was ok with this without hearing the TRUTH!
