horrible, horrible experience; i waited 71 minutes to see the doctor; i finally was examined and received my prescription; i took the scrip to my favorite place and the glasses were terribly wrong; the technician graciously agreed to call the doctor for a corrected prescription - this is the 2nd time i have had a problem at this facility, i only returned because my surgery had been done there and i felt it was important to keep going there; will never darken their door again because they are dangerous! i wrote a letter informing of the problems and received a supercilious and smug reply that did nothing to address the waste of my time and money or my extreme discomfort. I am going to write a formal complaint to the state agency that certifies these places also. i warn yo not to go there.
