Dr Cannon and his staff are superb. I’ve had all 4 of my children’s wisdom teeth removed here and I wouldn’t use any other office. Sam is one of his assistants and she was amazing with my daughter today! I highly recommend this office, you won’t see bed side manners as great as his are anywhere else. Clean, organized, personable and quick to get scheduled. I would leave a 10 star rating for outstanding care.

Dr. Cannon removed my wisdom teeth today. Overall everything went very well and would highly recommend him to anyone. He has great bedside manner and is very fast. My surgery was finished in about 30 minutes.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out here. Everything was explained thoroughly to us and sedation worked quickly and very well. Dr. Cannon had nice bedside manner and made my daughter feel at ease. When my daughter was having a lot of pain they got us in quickly for a post-op appointment.

I went in to get my wisdom teeth out and I had an amazing experience! Everything was explained very well and my two assistants were great!! The front desk girls were so nice and I basically had no wait time at all!

Referred here by my primary dentist for an impacted/infected wisdom tooth. They were great to get me in quickly and provide accurate cost estimates. All staff members have been incredibly kind and happy to answer questions.<br><br>Dr. Cannon gave a calm energy that helped me feel better about the procedure. Also help me with an unrelated extraction during the wisdom tooth removal, which I am very thankful for!<br><br>Only concerns: I do not think my pain is/was adequately controlled post-op, nor did I feel there was enough recovery time for myself as a patient.

They treated my daughter today who was completely terrified of any and all dental work. They made her comfortable, they were kind & made her feel at ease! Thank you for caring Dr. Cannon & your staff was simply wonderful as well! You all are AMAZING!

Experience was neutral. Surgery and recovery (5 days out) seemed to go well. Not much communication before or after surgery (day of). I was told by someone to stay away from this practice but ignored them because we needed wisdom teeth removed asap and Cannon was able to get us on a cancellation list and moved up fairly quickly. Gracie in the office staff was a great communicator before the day of surgery but when we arrived, the experience was nothing like previous reviews. The nursing staff communicated with the patient right before they put her under so she had trouble remembering what to tell me who was caring for her after surgery. When she was brought out to the car, the nurse gave a quick review of meds, eating, recovery and a small bag of gauze and syringe and where to pick up meds. The whole thing felt rushed. We were the last appointment on a Friday so maybe they were ready for the weekend. I feel like something must have changed in the last 6 months because reviews that are older seem much more positive.

Hi, I wanted to bring something to your attention. My husband has had a phobia of dentistry and unfortunately it cost him all his teeth. It took years of begging and pleading to get him to the dentist and they recommended all his teeth be removed so he could have a denture placed.<br><br>You guys removed his entire upper arch. The removal was successful and well done, but his pain was out of control. I understand that people have abused pain medication and the laws are strict, but having an entire arch of decayed teeth removed is incredibly painful. Because of this, it took about 5 years to coax him back into the office to have his lower arch removed.<br><br>His #1 concern that he stated with the staff is that he was concerned his pain would be unbearable. He was assured his pain would be somewhat controlled. However, you prescribed Lortab 5's and it didn't touch his pain. When I called the office on his behalf, I was basically told to give him Ibuprofen (joke) and deal with it and that you "legally" could not prescribe him stronger pain medication. If you knew you legally could not remedy a potential situation that he previously discussed with you, you should have made a different call as a Healthcare provider.<br><br>This was incredibly disappointing as he just had to suffer. He had to continue working shortly after, as most people do, and it was incredibly challenging. He still cannot eat anything and it's been a week.<br><br>When his surgery was completed and I drove around to the side to pick him up, a female staff member told me he needed to see his regular dentist that same day or the next day..<br><br>This was frustrating because he was so nervous and in so much pain. Surgical procedures are serious matters and I would have liked to have been prepared so I could get him adequate treatment. I called his regular dentist while he sat in the seat next to me with blood running down his chin and neck. His regular dentist didnt answer, so I had to drive across traffic in a rush to see if they could see him to trim something on his denture that I couldn't even convey properly. I didn't even know 100% what it was he needed done. The female staff member told me, but it was sprung on me and I couldn't remember. All I remembered her saying was they needed to trim some sort of lining on his denture and that would help it not hurt as badly.<br><br>I would have preferred your office to be in communication with his dentist. They could not get him in until the next week, then decided they could get him in the next day after all, but it was stress we didn't need and I felt like it was mishandled.<br><br>Watching him drool blood and lose weight so quickly whilst not feeling cared for with proper pain medication that was 100% warranted was traumatizing.<br><br>I'm giving you 5 stars because I don't want to hurt your reviews, but I would like for you to consider these issues for patients in the future. This is how people get traumatized to the point they stop seeking dental care.

So far so good on my wisdom teeth removal. Dr. And staff were very knowledgeable and ready to share information, give me options to an extent, and the front office even helped me calm down before the procedure. Only cons I can think of are when I asked about not getting prescribed antibiotics due to certain reactions I get from them, it was less of an open conversation and taken more as a suggestion from me, and I don’t feel it was taken completely seriously. Other than that, no complications so far, and surgery seems to have went really well.

I have used 3 other oral surgeons in the past with 2 of them being absolutely horrible!!!<br>I have used Dr. Cannon 3 times now for tooth extractions, years apart. I would not go anywhere else! He is great and so is his staff. I asked to be put on their cancellation list and they were able to get me an earlier appointment…much appreciated! When I went the end of August for my appointment, their phone continuously rang with people wanting appointments!!!
