He is one of the best physicians I have ever been to. He takes time to assure I understand what I need to know, listens to any questions or concerns I might have. If I make a suggestion about changing something and it isn’t in my best interest, he helps me to understand why, he is open to suggestions. I have a chronic bladder issue that requires fast treatment out of the blue, I can get in for the treatments without delay. His personal nurse, Stephanie, is top notch as are the experienced NPs and rest of staff who are in the office. I’m so glad he was recommended to me years ago.

Dr. Powell is an extraordinary, caring, courteous and intelligent doctor. My combo surgery was not an easy one and he “nailed” it! I am already feeling like a new person, better than I have in years and it is thankfully due to Dr. Powell. Thanks a million times to Dr. Powell and his staff for all the amazing care.

Dr. Powell was very nice, but his nurse Stephanie is horrible! She is rude and condescending and is making me rethink using another doctor. I am scheduled to have spinal surgery next week and cannot have it if I have an active kidney infection. When I called to get medication to clear it up before my surgery, she actually told me that a severe kidney infection would not keep me from having surgery and denied my request for an antibiotic. Subsequently, I had to go to a different doctor just to get Amoxiclave and may not be able to have my spinal surgery now because it delayed my treatment. They also keep trying to schedule me with a NP or a PA when I am in Stage 2 kidney disease and need to see a doctor instead. SHE is a nightmare!! If she can't speak nicely to patients, and doesn't know that a severe and active infection WILL prevent surgery, she shouldn't be a nurse.

Love Dr. Powell and Saundra. I want to give a big shout out for Kiera who calls me every month. She’s a precious girl and very efficient. I look forward to her call every month she’s smart and kind. She’s going places.

Dr. Powell and his staff have consistently given me high quality, professional, friendly care. I especially appreciate this in an area that can be awkward to reach out for help. I just moved out of state so I will miss their care. Right before I moved I ran out of a prescription and Stephanie worked me into their schedule for an exam and RX renewal which was so helpful to me. Thank you, Dr. Powell, Stephanie and all the staff for your professionalism and care.
