Online Reviews Breakdown
List of David Kendrick's Reviews
Our health insurance company provided me Dr. Kendrick's office as a potential family care physician. I called and spoke to a very friendly lady the week before last who told me she had to see if they could take us on as their practice is full. She checked and we were told that they would take our family, but that we have to drive over to the office to pick up the new patient paperwork and that they couldn't email it to us (that should've been our first clue). My wife drove over there today and, because we have a higher deductible plan with United Healthcare (because I am an executive with a large national company and I'm comfortable paying a bit more out of pocket each year, if we happen to end up going to the doctor more than expected). My wife told me that the office manager treated her so rudely and told her that they changed their mind and don't take patients on higher deductible plans. She said the way the lady looked at her and treated her was appalling. Also, my wife told me that they are very antiquated and are operating out of paper files and it's probably for the best that we dodged that bullet.
Mark has been my family doctor for almost 25 years. He is patient and kind and never rushes through an appointment. Highly recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
