Great place for all the family.

Receptionist was very rude

I know someone who goes through day springs and she speaks very highly of the services to the point of when I get insurance this is a company that I would go through

I have been with day springs for almost a year and I have hailey as my therapist and Olivia as my Case manager and they both are very respectful and helpful and there for me even when it comes to emergencies even if it is after hours I always to my appointments with both and they are very supportive on my decisions for the services through day springs and in personal decisions

My granddaughter was facing a very hard time in her life. Hailey has seen her though these hard times, she has laughed with her and helped her though her tears and allowed her a safe place to express her feelings! She has graciously included me in my granddaughters healing and fun. I can see how absolutely excited that she gets to see Hailey and all the smiling faces at Dayspring.

My daughter had Hailey for a therapist. We didn’t even make it to the first therapy appointment. The intake process was awful! I’m pretty sure this woman was just digging to find out about past trauma, which only should have happened once a trusting foundation was built between the two. If the need should arise that anyone else in my family needs therapy, we WILL NOT be coming here.

I came to Dayspring after a horrible experience that my daughter went though. The intake process was hard an emotional but Hailey held our hand though it. She has always made herself available to us even going as far as giving us her work number so if anything arises that I feel she needs to know I can call or text her! She is patient and kind she anticipates my daughters needs, sometimes we play games to take some of the stress off. I could not ask for a more amazing environment to help heal and stimulate my daughter. I got a call from Melissa who asked if there was anything at that she could help with, clothes or anything. I am so happy to have this service and these amazing wonderful people as a support system! I could not have asked for better people for a better environment or support then what I have have been blessed with. Hailey has helped my daughter process her feelings and has even helped me come to terms with things that we have gone though together so that I can better help my daughter. She makes a wonderful sounding board, voice of reason, and my daughter looks so forward to her standing appointment. She gets so excited to update Hailey about her week. I really could not have asked for more.

I called looking for services for my son. They took my info and said someone would be calling me to set up the first meeting. The person tried my phone twice and left a voicemail each time, but between that time, I have tried to call multiple times. I tried calling the main number after the second week and was told someone would reach out to me that day....never happened. After three weeks of trying to get a hold of this person, I gave up. Called another counseling group and they scheduled us immediately.

Chaire refuses me of giving me information about there programs. She said I don’t meet there programs I been abused and I needed help. Other ladies I talked to in the week said I was able to come there just that they are full. This lady is rude! And wouldn’t allow me to talk to anyone else! Nor allow me to talk to a supervisor.
