I’ve had three teeth pulled here and they did a great job every time

Well it started out great. They are the friendliest group of people I have encountered in a long while but then it went south quickly the first time something was sent to a lab. Misplaced or lost dentures, then I got there for a fitting and they could not find them on my appointment day which is usually weeks in between each one and as soon as I got back home that day from an appointment with no progress they left a voicemail and said they finally found them and so that through me into the next week for an appointment and right before I left the house for that one which I do not drive and have to pay for someone to pick me up and take me a caregiver they said they were lost again. 2 appointment over three weeks gone bad and lost money. They scheduled me for 2 weeks later and got there and had to start over. So more appointments and delays and more money for rides. I live on very little SSI. It has taken months to get this far and I just got back to the form without teeth on it going back to the lab and another appointment in 2 weeks then with teeth and she says probably middle of March and I will have them completed. First appointment was September 25 will be ready middle of March hopefully and I'm without teeth. My story.<br>Linda Jones

Our dental assistant was an absolute gem! She went above and beyond to make both my kids feel safe and comfortable by making the visit fun! My son is 3 yrs old and does not like his mouth or teeth messed with but she made his experience so fun and he did so good for both her and the dentist! I want to have her as our assistant each visit! Thank you 😊

I was left in the room by myself for almost 30 minutes. The cleaning was not completed the dentist never came in and I had to leave.

As much as I hate to say, my experience with broken arrow was miserable the 71st location did make everything better. Me not being a dentist, didn't quite know. The difference between bone spurs and bone fragments left from the tooth ended up being a bone spur that was giving me problems.They immediately got me in after I talked to them to get it. Taken care of in a very reasonable amount of time before the storm hits which I am very appreciative to. Please accept my apology for being cranky.I was just ready to fill better.And I felt like I was just getting the run around
