I was looking at reviews after referring Dr. Tomecek to someone and had posted my review after my back surgery in 2009 and just wanted to say again that he is the best. I went to several doctors to get help with my back and they said it was my weight. I couldn't even walk hardly couldn't shop was home bound practially and in horrible pain. But Dr. Tomscek found the problem and fixed it I was good as new. He told me I would have to have surgery again in 10 years and he was right but Im trying to hold off . The hospital was amazing also. Didn't feel like I was in one it felt more like a expensive hotel.

Dr Tomecek is great, however some of the staff are a nightmare to deal with & are so rude. I have never in my life dealt with such rudeness as a patient anywhere. Compassion and doing your job will get you a lot further in your career…unfortunately they don’t seem to have much of that. If you can handle being talked to like a dog, the surgeons are great.

Dr. Tomacek is a very good surgeon. Very knowledgeable about what he does. Spends time explaining everything in detail about your procedure. Not only is he an excellent physician, but, his office runs the same way. Everybody in his office are courteous and very nice. I would recommend Dr. Tomacek to anyone.

Having an overly physical job and outgoing lifestyle I basically abused my body into the need to have three surgeries on my back and neck all of them elective on my part. Dr Tomachek has had to fix a lot of places on my spine that would eventually be debilitating. I’m glad I had this opportunity over the last four years to get these places fixed on my back and neck. I will not let anybody else touch my back after the success Dr.Tomecek has had with me. My first and second surgeries are 100% perfect and you Have to look pretty hard to even notice a scar. I’m recovering from my neck surgery and it looks at this point to be smooth sailing forward. My advice is to never wait till it’s too late to fix a very painful problem. Because when one thing starts bringing you down your whole life can cave-in around you. Fix the things you can while you can because eventually will come to the things that you can’t I hope this helps somebody.

He was very intelligent and explained my condition very well and also explained the corrective surgery very well. I believe he is the only doctor I have ever had that was that thorough in explaining and made me feel at ease about the surgery.

Doctor Tomecek is an excellent doctor. Dr. Tomecek has been my doctor for six years. He has never been rude, explains everything in detail, and cares about his patients. He is a very good man and is as good as there is in medicine.
