Dr,Carstens is a compassionate doctor with a terrific bedside manner. He gives you the facts and truly wants whats best for you. I have a rare disorder and am thinking of an experimental procedure, Dr.Carstens took the time to not only give his professional opinion but sat with me until I was comfortable with the information. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Cartstens was very angry and demeaning when I had a spinal headache after a procedure he performed. It required 2 blood patches and had the nerve to get in my face when I was on my stomach in the procedure room and raise his voice yelling statistics that I couldn't be having a spinal headache. Doing everything but calling me a liar. This man has very poor bedside manner but flips 100% when around your loved one or other staff. He also has had action taken upon his license. Look it up!
