My dentist and technician were extremely kind and gentle, efficient and caring. I really appreciated their willingness to immediately bring me pain relief in such a swift and considerate manner. I recommend Healthy Smiles Family Dentistry to anyone who feels uncomfortable visiting the dentist.

I was a new patient at 7am I thought I was going in for a consult and I got out of the chair 2 1/2 hours later they took extraordinary care of me everyone was great from the front desk staff to Dr Lori and her assistant. Finally a dentist that cares and takes your wellbeing to heart

Healthy Smiles has been amazing every time I’ve chipped (and re-chipped 😅) my tooth. They always get me in quickly and fix it up without any judgment. Dr. Ross did the repair last time and I was genuinely impressed with how natural it looks, you can’t even tell it was ever chipped! Also, shoutout to Angela the hygienist- she’s always so sweet and makes every visit more comfortable. Just a really kind, professional team all around. Highly recommend! Thank you guys!! :)

Great experience from start to finish.Staff professional and knowledgeable.State of the art equipment.I’ve had my teeth cleaned there two times, great job. I have not received or needed any major dental work for the last 40 years.The other day I did, it went smoothly and felt no pain. I would definitely recommend Healthy Smiles.

Hands down best dentist I have ever been to. Both women dentists are kind, gentle and extremely skilled!! From the people at the front desk, to all of the hygienists, to the dentist's, I could not be happier with every moment of my experience there. I had some complicated issues and I felt taken care of. They also took the time to explain everything in detail, including my insurance benefits and what was covered ...so no surprises at the end! I am so grateful to have found a dentist that I truly trust.

Dr. Hare and her team are wonderful. She made my chipped front tooth look so natural. The service was fast, painless, and affordable. I’ve been to several dental clinics. I can tell this is the best one I’ve been so far.

Soooo happy I chose this dental practice, very professional and skilled. I came in due issues with dental work from another practice, they quickly took care of me and my pain is gone, my tooth never felt better, thank you soooo much. Also appreciate the fact that this location is also my sleep study provider as well, thanks Julie!

Update- They did reach out to my daughter immediately after it was reported and they did apologize and take care of her. I sincerely appreciate their immediate action.<br><br>If I could give them no stars I would. My 21 year old daughter on her own policy for the first time and who just lost her father less than a month ago came in after scheduling an appointment. She didn't realize there was a separate card for dental and the person at the front desk mocked and embarrassed her in front of the other waiting patients causing her to cry in the lobby. When I called and asked to speak with someone above her I was told that there was nobody. I have been in customer service for 30 years and would never do that to a young adult who is just learning to navigate life on their own. If you're looking for a new dental provider I would keep looking and find a place that has an accountability standard because they apparently do not.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Both when I spoke on the phone with her and came into the office. The other receptionist had to intervene because she was being rude and extremely vague on what was needed. Horrible customer service. Will not be back here.

Jessica, the Hygienist, made everything so easy and comfortable, like most people, I get really anxious at the Dentist but Jessica and Dr. Reeder made it easy. I don’t like the news I was given and will have several visits but I can’t think of a better team to take care of the problem with me. Dr. Reeder made sure to do everything she could before I left to deal with the pain and smooth broken teeth. She didn’t stop working until I was totally comfortable. Telling me to come back if we missed a spot. On top of the medical care Kristina, in the office, is absolutely perfect in walking me through finances, insurance, options and my next steps. Thank you so much! Special shoutout to her.<br>I don’t leave many reviews but this office totally deserves to be raved about. Thank you Jessica, Dr. Reeder, Katrina and also their receptionist - I think her name is Candace. The whole team is great. I feel so much better, something I thought would not happen ever.<br>Last note: IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE TO LIVE WITH DENTAL PROBLEMS - DON’T. THIS OFFICE HELPS WHEN OTHERS DIDN’T SEEM TO. LIFE CHANGING.
