They called and scheduled an appointment to see the gender of the baby with an unltrasound. We came on the scheduled day and waited an hour in the waiting room, just to be told that she came in 3 weeks too early. The app she had downloaded said the babies genitals are visible. The reason being is there was another thing the doctor wanted something else scanned at 20weeks or the insurance wouldn't cover both the untrasound and the ohr scan. They literally called this morning to confirm the appointment. On a side note, before COVID, we didn't have to wear masks in hospitals. We are forced to now.

Stay away from this clinic. They won’t return phone calls when serious test results for your child are sitting right there for days and no one can be bothered to call and tell you them. I have exhausted every option to speak to anyone at this clinic about my child with absolutely no response or care when I call to inquire. We were at the Rosa Park clinic for years and never had an issue then we were relocated to this one and it’s been a nightmare since. Take your kids somewhere else.

I'm giving 1 star, Heres why...... I been on hold for 15 mins just to talk to some secretary who seem like multitask was the hardest task ever for her. So she answer and put be back on hold just to answer again, Just to ask my name... Then ask me my Name again, Just to say have you been here before. I say no , it goes back to hold and hangs up. So i dont know how great the doctor are at this clinic, but i guess ill never know because that is ridiculous. Thanks for wasting my time.

I have been going here for years. Both doctors are wonderful. They have an advisory council that includes patients where the doctors and administrators actually come to talk with patients. They actually listen and make changes based on what patients say. If they have one fault it’s time. Expect to be there two hours-ish. I don’t mind the time because when my doctor gets to me, she takes all the time I need.
