I went to Dr Alexanders office for a basic skin check but little did I know I would be seen by his PA Amanda Briggs and not overseen by a doctor. She had a concern about a spot on my arm and biopsied it. It came back negative for cancer which I’m thankful about but now I have a hole in my arm that is healing badly and will probably need to see a real doctor for scar revision. The worst part of the experience is when I contacted the office they said take a picture of my arm and email it to them and they would contact me once they saw the picture. Apparently they didn’t care and couldn’t be bothered to ever call me back. One of my good friends had a similar experience with mole removal and now has a bad scar on her back because she was treated by a PA at this office! The only good thing I have to say and the reason for the one star is that they were very easy to get an appointment with (probably should have been my first warning sign) and that the front office staff was very friendly. I will caution other friends to avoid this dermatologist!

After 4 years and 3 different Dermatologists (and a lot of antibiotics, harsh acne creams) I was diagnosed and being treated for Acne Rosacia. In January 2022 in one visit, I saw Jessica Graves, PA-C. She quickly noticed that it wasn't acne at all. After some skin tests and bloodwork, it was determined that I was simply having an allergy to possibly a face product I was using, contact allergy. I literally cannot say enough good about Jessica! She is super attentive, friendly, professional and didn't hesitate to investigate the situation. She is awesome! I would recommend her to anyone.

When I called them and voiced my concern they said take a picture of my arm and email it to them. After doing this they couldn’t be bothered or didn’t care enough to call me back. One of my friends had a similar experience at this office with a mole removal which left an ugly scar. If you care about your skin and being treated decently I would seek a dermatologist elsewhere!

I scheduled an appointment for a full skin check. Amanda Briggs PA was concerned about a spot on my arm and biopsied it. It came back negative but the wound that she caused on my arm is terrible and is taking a lot of time to heal. When I talked to an office staff person she said take a couple of pictures and email those pictures. I did that and have never heard back from them. I will probably have to go elsewhere to get the wound looked at because they seem not to care. I gave them two stars because they are quick and efficient and the front office staff was a pleasure to deal with but if I'm going to have an ugly hole in my arm I'd rather it be by a doctor who cares and can treat the wound later. I guess I'll have to cover this area with a tattoo in the future.

Dr. Alexander and physicians assistants are excellent providers. I would recommend them to my friends and family members.

This office is amazing! Love the physicians. Very knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. I recommend Dr. Alexander’s office to everyone I know.

I been coming to see autum she has been good and very respectful, but the girls up in the front have been sooo rude to me I have never got treated like that I wouldn’t recommend this place at all !!!
