I'm a dummy and showed up for my daughter's 330 appt at 1230(I thaught it was at 1230).. and the staff fit me into the schedule. Annie and the rest of the staff are always accommodating and friendly. A+ service and the quality of care is awesome, they take great care of my princess...

Every staff member is very professional and kind. Dr. Cole provided excellent and compassionate care of our infant daughter. Would highly recommend her and her staff!

I am an adult patient of Dr Cole. I had strabismus in my right eye for over 30 yrs.I am 54 yrs old and recently had Dr Colecorrect my eye to be properly aligned.She is a very caring Dr who did a fantasticjob!! The first week was very uncomfortablewith the stitches but it was tolerable withpain medicine. For the first time I can look someone in the eye and not shy away during face to face eye contact. I will not miss thepoor thing looks.

Dr. Cole has a belief in herself that is not borne out by results. As I was being wheeled into surgery she told me how excited I should be and that my hopes should be up for after surgery. A year later, I am in tears that my surgery wasn’t successful. And she told me she would not repeat the surgery again, which is possible. Dr Cole is an arrogant snob, too who talks down to her patients, which I was going to let slide, if the surgery turned out well, but since it didn’t....

I took my son to Dr. Cole and instead of recommending surgery right away, she suggested we wait to see if the problem would correct itself. My son had to have surgery a few weeks later, but I appreciated that she didn't want to put him through surgery if it wasn't warranted. Surgery was successful and Dr. Cole was wonderful.

Dr. Cole has been my daughter's eye doctor since she was 6 months old. Her demeanor is gentle and calm (great for kids). She performed surgery on her eye when she was almost 1 and took time to answer all our questions. She even called me from the operating room to explain why the procedure was taking longer than anticipated so I wouldn't be nervous! She has moved in the past few years and her new office is awesome!
