Dr. Brown was courteous, personable and very good at communicating with my elderly mother. She was very thorough in identifying which issues were the most urgent. She offered and clearly explained multiple options for treatment. What a nice lady. The Olympia office staff was also very considerate and professional from setting up the appointment all the way through the visit. I always appreciate it so much when people go out of their way to be kind to the elderly. Thank you.
