He doesn't spend enough time with his patients and I am always having a battle to get my prescriptions taken care of 😡 I think I will look for another Dr.😡

He was everything you could hope for in a doctor. He did not rush me and listened to listen. We thoroughly went over my medical concerns. He seems very knowledgeable and as if he cares.

The one star is not for Dr. Smith or his great staff, but for the lack of quality provided by the OU Shusterman Clinic. Calls for appointments or other information are answered by unhelpful people doing everything from a massive lobby serving several physicians. You cannot talk to Dr. Smith's staff. Unfortunately, some OU employees who answer the phone, sometimes after a 20 minute wait are incompetent, or obviously disinterested in helping you. Prescriptions can take a week to be filled. The quality of service flies in the faces of Dr. Smith and his staff. This clinic is not recommended and the lousy phone tree must change!

Absolutely love Dr. Smith and his nurse Courtney!! They have listened to every concern I have had. My previous dr refused to put me on blood pressure medication cuz she said im too young but it had been high for over 6 months like nearly a year 140s-150s / 85-95... Any referrals needed have been sent. I feel like I am actually listened to and cared about and not just another number.

I could not ask for a better doctor than Dr. Kevin Smith. He has never made me feel like I am anything less than worthy of his full attention. He never rushes through the exam. He answers any questions about medications or symptoms I might have, even if they weren't the symptoms I made the appointment for. I have never had anything but a positive experience with his staff, but then, I treat them respectfully and with a good attitude, and it is reciprocated. Rarely do I get in to my appointment at the exact time, but I never wait more than 15 minutes. It makes sense though, because he is a very busy doctor, which makes the time he does spend with you even more impressive. I have absolutely no idea what I will do if and when he retires.

Dr.Smith is the best doctor I have ever had. He takes time and listens to patients. He cares and is proactive with regards to finding solutions to health needs.

Was helpful and kind. His office staff was helpful and kind as well. He helped me work through sleep apnea.

I have been seeing Dr Smith for 31 years. I am very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. Yes, I usually have to wait past my apt. time to see him, but he's worth it. He takes lots of time to simply listen, before anything else. As a result, I have recommended him to many friends and family. As far as his staff, I have never had a problem with any of them. They have been professional and nice, nor, have I ever had a problem with billing or ins. Perhaps, those of you who have had issues with the staff, were simply not feeling yourself that day and expected a bit too much. Give them another chance and smile, that always helps!

Dr. Kevin Smith is the BEST primary care doctor in St. Louis! I have so many issues and he takes care of them all!! He's very attentive despite his hectic schedule!!

I agree with majority of the reviews. Dr. Smith is a very fine physician with a very un-professional staff. They have zero regards for the patients and are in desperate need for staff training specialy in the health care environment such as this.
