If I could rate a ZERO, I would. Her mistake ultimately resulted in the patient being hospitalized for 3 days. Go back and read that again, let it sink in. A few days later in the mail an envelope arrived from her Catoosa Hope Clinic. Is it a get-well card or perhaps an written apology? Nope. Its a bill for a couple hundred dollars. Keep in mind we also paid over a hundred at the one and ONLY appointment, and we have quality health insurance. Nobody in the office can answer the phone, let alone return a phone call. Horrible, terrible mistake on my part in trusting this doctor, unfortunate because she came recommended. I hope your experience is better, but you've been warned.
