Dr Jelley has always taken time to listen to everything and all concerns I have. She has never acted rushed. Always has been interested in my health and needs. She said one thing to me that no Dr. has ever said. She said i trust you, and what youre saying. That meant more to me than she will ever know. So many Drs. hardly listen, let alone build a relationship. We trust each other. She keeps track of all my yearly needs and always reminds me. Shes a top notch Dr. and human being.

Dr. Jelley is an amazingly compassionate doctor who goes the extra mile for her patients in spite of her many responsibilities that demand her time and energy. I've seen her for nearly 15 years and have a number of health problems for which I now depend on Social Security Disability. Although I usually have a bit of a wait at the OU Clinic, when Dr. Jelley enters the exam room she takes time to explain everything to me, to answer my questions, and to make recommendations for more care.

Prescription refills for HRT have been a nightmare! After notifying doctor that pharmacy said pill manufacturer had a 4 month wait time for pills, doctor then prescribed a brand that was no longer being manufactured which once again I learned from the pharmacy. When I notified them I was told by my doctors office to drive to a pharmacy 20 miles away from my usual one because they had some in stock. When I got there it was not in stock so I was told to drive to other Walmart neighborhood markets to see if they had any in stock. I refused. Asked to speak to Doctor Jelley but wasn't allowed to. A day later the nurse called back and said they'd called in a prescription for another brand and that the doctor would be contacting me with a plan to get me off of the pills. One year later still no word from doctor about a plan to get off of the pills and refills have run out again. Doctor won't refill without an appointment but can't get me in until after pills run out. Doctor supposedly called in refills to last until the appointment but I just called the pharmacy, a week later, and no refill was called in. Called doctors office on a Monday and got answering service that had strict orders to only contact doctor for emergencies. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I have a friend who has had similar difficulties with her service.

I think she's just too busy to be concerned with my personal health & well-being. She's very personable but can't ever be reached & nobody ever follows through.
