I have been to Texas Facial Aesthetics a few times for a couple of different procedures. The most recent procedure was with Dr. Richardson, who was amazing as usual. Before the procedure, we discussed what I wanted to accomplish. He was very thorough, answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. In the end, he was able to do exactly what I wanted, and I am thrilled with the results! Dr. Richardson’s bedside manner is incredibly professional and caring, and his staff is so sweet. The competence of Dr. Richardson and his nurses will bring me back to this practice time and time again!! I always recommend Dr. Richardson to anyone looking for a facial plastic surgeon because I know they’ll be in good hands with him!

Great experience and amazing results!!! Dr. Richardson and all his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Richardson takes his time to listens, explains, and gives valuable advices to patients. I did fillers and botox and I’m so happy with the results. No pain or bruises at all. Also the swelling gone within few days. I also do facials regularly with Devon. She is amazing and my skin looks fabulous. I really recommend this wonderful center!!

I sought out an experienced doctor to remove several moles on my head. I have very short hair and they were fairly prominent. Dr Richardson was very thorough and assuring. I have had previous issues with other doctors in similar situations where the outcome was not as favorable. Dr Richardson made sure to put me at ease and provide a comfortable setting while calming my nerves.

Dr. Richardson did a wonderful job on my earlobe repair. I didn't experience any pain and my earlobes healed nice and quick. He was very kind and explained everything from beginning to end.

I had a hair transplant procedure with Dr. Richardson and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Setting up my appointment was easy, and his staff was very helpful. During my meeting with him, he was very nice and easy to talk to. We went over all of my options and he explained everything about what he recommended. He spent a lot of time with me to answer all of my questions so I knew exactly what to expect. I really appreciated that he was very honest with me about what kind of results I could expect based on my specific type of hair loss. The morning of my procedure, he met with me again and went over exactly where the grafts would be placed to make sure that we were both on the same page. Everything went smoothly and he even checked in with me personally that evening to make sure I was doing well. I am now several months out from my treatment and seeing great results! I highly recommend Dr. Richardson for anyone dealing with hair loss and looking for a change!

I’ve been in a few plastic surgeons’ offices in Frisco and Dr Richardson is the best. The office is so clean and pretty. His staff is friendly and amazing. Dr Richardson always cares about the outcome of my treatments.
