I called to set up an appointment for my daughter and they told me to take my kid to urgent care because they don’t have any available appointments. So glad I have a primary!!

Every time I come here by for some reason have an unpaid balance. And then I can’t go to my appointment until I pay that balance. Because all payments are due at time of service. But then, I wonder how I got that unpaid balance? That is not normal. There is no other clinic or hospital that I’ve ever visited that ALWAYS has an unpaid balance ready for me at the time of visit. Even though I pay at every visit and have comprehensive insurance. And then won’t let me see my provider until I pay the balance. They don’t tell me this on the phone before I come for my appointment, or at any point during which I speak to them prior. No, they tell me upon arrival to my appointment when I don’t have time and have already taken the time and energy to get there. Literally feels like a bait and switch. What the hell is going on here?

Great majority of the time I don't like this clinic at all. Every time I need something referral or whatever, I have to see my primary care physician... that's just how my Insurance is. The issue I have with that is schedule an appointment in February and won't be seen until April. I guess it is the insurance because people I know with regular good insurance can call their doctor ask for an appointment and be seen within 24 -48 hours.I would rather be dead than to have the medical conditions I have now and have to keep trying. I'm tired, lost a lot of respect for anything to do with medical. One star in my book is too much.

Scheduled to have a refill on my medicine. 2 days later I called because the prescription still hadn't been filled. The lady I spoke to basically told me there was nothing she could do until the doctor looked at the refill request. I asked if there was a way to get a temporary refill while I waited and she said no. No empathy. I made a new patient appointment at a different clinic the minute I got off the phone with them.

I actually like this place and how organized this place is. There is sections for different things that you go in there for and everything is separated. Great parking and very open and spread out. I recommend you atleast try this out if your looking for a place to go for a family doctor.

Please don't use them as OB care. I could write a book on mine and my wife's experience. Literally will never use this place again.

I wanted to leave 0 Stars but it won’t let me do that. First time taking my son to Dr. Elliot and will never be back again. Try to pressure me into giving my son shots that he does not need. Then started bashing me on our medical beliefs. Then when I tried to call and complain about it the secretary would not let me talk to the person I needed to and said she could take the complaint🤣 No thank you. So I called the OU patient services and complained there. Hopefully they do an investigation like they said they were. Also because my son wouldn’t take a blood draw because he’s deathly afraid of needles they called DHS on me and had my kids pulled out of school. Saying I was neglecting my child medical care. Get to know a person first before you judge them!!!

Seriously try to find somewhere else to go. School of medicine yet absolutely nothing is organized, they literally have no idea what's going on with their patients and if Constance is your nurse, I'm sorry.
