We have been at PAC since the very beginning! I have a 12 year old and a 16 year old. Nothing but good experiences across the board!

We have been at PAC for over 7 years. We see Dr. Griffin and absolutely love him. Im so thankful he always takes the time to listen and educate. I leave every visit feeling listened to and reassured. I’m consistently amazed when we see or speak to another pediatrician in the practice how kind, knowledgeable and patient they all are. Today, I called after hours and Dr. Keller was wonderful and helpful. PAC is the exact type of practice you want taking care of your children!

Absolutely love ALL of their doctors and staff. They are next level when it comes to making my daughter feel comfortable and welcome during her visits.

My family is in awe of this wonderful practice. Dr Griffin is an amazing physician, he is kind, thoughtful and evidence based in his responses and practice, and has excellent bedside manner with both patient and parents. The staff is also very friendly and caring. I was referred here by a few friends who have had similar experience in excellence in care, and would also recommend this practice to others. Warning- they will drop you (without warning!!!!) as a patient if you need to reschedule more than a couple times. We liked the doctors there (which is why we give this business 2 stars), but had to reschedule my son’s well visit three times (all well in advance though), and over the past year missed two appointments, which we apologized for and without hesitation paid the $50 fee. We had NO idea they would cancel us as patients, they never gave us any warning or expressed anything to us, and then took a week after we had been contacting them for a medication refill to finally tell us we could no longer return. One of the reschedules was 100% the fault of the scheduling desk as they told us the wrong week for the appointment. We feel like we have been treated like a number, not human beings, and it feels awful. We have lived in many cities and have never experienced this. If there was a problem forming, a professional and people-oriented business would have had a conversation with us before deciding out of the blue to drop us completely!

Took 10 months for them to send me a bill for my son's newborn admission. Argued with me about not having a second insurance plan but eventually resubmitted it. They don't take my BC/BS plan despite working at a hospital that does take my plan. Made paying my bill difficult. I had great difficulty finding a person to discuss payment of my bill. When I spoke to someone they said they only take payment on their online portal which requires setting up an online account. I explained that I don't ever want to come to their clinic but I had to create an account over the phone anyway. Two stars because Dr. Gordon was a fine physician, but the business office is running very poorly. I am much happier at Ascension Medical Group Pediatric and Adolescent care.

My wife took my 14 year old son to appt. with Dr. Wan yesterday in regard to pain he's been having in chest area. He came home and shared with me how helpful Dr. Wan was, going way beyond diagnosing and treating cause of the pain, giving him multiple tips on exercise and nutrition. Dr. Wan, thanks for going above and beyond for our family.

I absolutely love this place! They are thorough and dr. Griffin is nicest doctor I have ever had! When I call with all my first time mom questions they are quick to call me back and make me feel valid! The nurses are sweet to and they all seem to genuinely care about children!

This is such a great practice with a team of wonderful pediatricians
