I had a very informative visit with Dr. Robert Bruce. He answered all of my questions in a very concise way. He even showed me my kidney X-rays so I could understand exactly what was happening.

Dr. Bruce is efficient, professional, & thorough. I was disappointed pain management wasn't effective but I was in the hospital & the nurse refused to contact Dr. Bruce when I explained I was still in intense pain. Dr. Bruce was unaware of this.

Diana is a hoot! Lol Dr. Bruce is caring, compassionate, he listens to u, he is not in and out he sits down and talks to u explains what is going on and what he is going to do for you. The nurse’s are awesome they also care about u! Every visit has been great! I feel better when I walk out of the office! I would refer anyone to Dr. Bruce!

Excellent experience from obtaining a prompt appointment to the best follow up I have ever experienced. Dr. Bruce's staff is efficient, kind and follow up has been great. Dr. Bruce has been the best in every way. I could not ask for better care. He is what every physician should strive to be.

Dr. Bruce and his staff have always been outstanding. The staff are always friendly and professional. They have always treated me great. Especially Gina always helpful. Dr Bruce is friendly and patient. He never talks down to me. Some of the procedures are uncomfortable, Dr. Bruce and his staff will help you throughout. Dr. Bruce is Very Good Doctor.

The waiting was a bit long, but later found out that another patient was in need of medical assistance. However, it would have been helpful if a nurse could have informed us of the reason for the delay.

Dr. Bruce removed an 11m kidney stone from me this morning as an outpatient at St. Francis. I am home feeling fine, not much pain at all except a little sting when urinating. He is a great Dr. and would recommend him to anyone needing a urologist.
