Saint Francis Health System's Online Review Report Card

Went for stress test for my husband, offered coffee water and warm blanket upon arrival. Asked if needed anything 2 more times, saw them disinfecting waiting room twice in 4 hours. Gave a baby next to us a stuffed animal, had people with dogs come by for petting. The receptionist was very kind and answered all the questions and concerns of patients well. Clean new facility, was walked to our waiting room by a nice lady. Well done!

I thought that a hospital was supposed to CARE? Well these jokers need to lose their license to care because I went there for treatment today in regards to my epileptic seizures that I suffer from and they literally told me weren't the you just here a few days ago for the same thing? Should it matter how many times I visit a hospital for care I am a human being and I think I deserve to be treated like one instead of just some "number". Then they demanded to know where my meds are and not that it's any of their business but they were stolen along with my backpack that they were in. After I explained that to them the staff just rolled their eyes at me and IV'D me up with my meds and then just brushed me aside! I believe at a hospital a person is supposed to actually feel cared for and I felt far from that this last visit. And when I say LAST VISIT I truly mean that because I will go to St. John or OSU before I visit these jokers ever again! I thought they were the best but obviously I was wrong they are the exact opposite of "best". Where did these nurses and doctors get their license from a damn cracker jack box? I will be contacting a corporate phone number after this and giving them a little piece of my mind! This kind of carelessness for others is unacceptable period!

Dr. Ashlock, Nurse Page, and the assistants are great! Very kind staff and they take the time to listen. My visits don't feel rushed or like they're trying to get me out the door. They are always are so helpful with anything I need and very quick to respond to messages on MyChart. They give great care.

John David Walsh and the two nurses present during my recent visit for excruciating pain need to have their licenses revoked! What in God's name is happening at this facility!? The outrageous lack of care, gross unprofessionalism, and most utter lack of empathy is on a monumental level that I can only describe as a form of sadism. The nurses initially present were Rocckelle and Kamie, I believe. The level of immaturity and lack of empathy from these individuals was off the charts! Their snotty, arrogant, argumentative, rudeness, and poor listening skills caused more harm than good!! I will contest all insurance claims associated with this visit! I Would file criminal charges if it weren't for the nurse supervisor who stepped in upon my request, after begging for 6 hrs, and provided the care and procedures I needed and asked for upon my arrival, thereby avoiding a ruptured bladder. Excellent care and customer service. Lots of new construction going on here and updating and remodeling. We came for an ultrasound for my son. The check in process was simple and quick. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the entire process step-by-step. They made sure my son felt comfortable and was relaxed. The parking lot is a bit away from the building, so bring a stroller or wheelchair if you need to assist those that have issues walking, there was a café here for meals snacks I smelled hot food but we were just in an out so I didn't eat or drink anything.

Only giving them one star because - 12 is not an option!! I had an injured employee with me with burns on her hand, we walk in the ER and of course there is only one check In desk, and of course there was 2 girls you can tell they are useless, I was just making sort of line right in front of her desk, when she finished with the person she was helping she decided to USE HER PHONE AND STARTED TEXTING...!!! I did wait a min until I did ask "is this the only check in desk?" Her answer was "oh yes" well........? I'm sorry I DIDNT SEE YOU!!!! Really?! If trying to check in was already a nightmare with people like her I decided to go somewhere else! She was so ridiculous I wish I would've recorded her and people see that I'm not exaggerating!! Feel sad for her, I can tell who won't ever be someone in life!!! Poor girl !

if I could give them zero I would, my husband and I were there and he was having chest pains they looked at him like it was a joke. The entire time they were on there phones and laughing and people in serious pain. The lady dealing with my husband IV didn't even speak to us just began to touch him and doing her thing. unprofessional and disgusting place will not be back.

My mom was having some abdominal pain, which we presumed was appendicitis, we went to this hospital waited for an hour in the waiting room, and an hour to see a doctor. After that the doctor said we had to go to the main Saint Francis as they could not do the surgery there, they put her in an ambulance and sent her there, I BEAT THE AMBULANCE TO THE HOSPITAL driving the speed limit and left 10 minutes after them. She was put into another waiting room for another 3+ hours until the pain was so bad they were forced to stop ignoring her. By this point her appendix was about to rupture and they decided they needed to get her operated on before she dies. Luckily there got it out without a hitch but the surgery ended up taking longer because they had to be extra careful to not rupture it since they waited over 8 hours since her entrance into the hospital. One of the worst nights of my life for such a simple routine surgery. Thanks.

I had my last baby here. I labored for 4 days in the hospital. They tried to get contractions to stop with no success, but sent me home all the way to Muskogee anyway and didn't even check my dialation. I was only 30 weeks pregnant. I made it home, but didn't last 10 minutes before I headed back. I barely made it back in time to deliver. We told Dr Wilson of the complications I had with my first baby. They happened again. He let my 30 minute window to deliver placenta go by then he decided he would have to perform an MROP. SHOULD BE ILLEGAL in this day and time. He shoved his arm inside me and started clawing at the placenta that wouldn't release. I begged for mercy and for him to stop, but he did it again. I wish I had died right there. O.R. had taken my case for an emergency D&C, but a gang member gunshot wound came in and they bumped me for him. I paid there hemorrhaging until they got the gang member all patched up. I lost over half my blood and almost died. I will never again put my life in their hands.
