List of Saint Francis Health System's Reviews
My child was seen it took several hours for us to even be seen multiple people that didn’t look half as sick as my kid kept going back one by one by one. Not happy with their ER Children’s system of “Emergency” needs of children…. Gosh you’d think if it involves children they would “hoop-too” and get things done!
My sister and brother-in-law took their child here and Dr. Amanda Michelle Madden falsely accused them of child abuse. After a months-long ordeal, DHS found no evidence of abuse, only a good loving family. Of course, by that time our entire family had been subjected to a nightmare, all because this woman Amanda Madden lied. We later obtained the charting from the visit and found that Madden had utterly lied in her charting, misquoting family members and fabricating details. It was unbelievable. The truth is all families are vulnerable to the lies and incompetence of someone like this Amanda Madden. Why should she be allowed to victimize innocent families? We deserve better, Oklahoma. This needs to change. Saint Francis, you are a disgrace for what you did to my family, and I will never forget it. Amanda Michelle Madden, shame on you for harming children and their families!
Got to the Children's ER @ 3pm and had a child admitted. They took us ( myself, my husband & a sibling) to her room. I went downstairs to move my vehicle and upon returning they refused us re-entry. DON'T LEAVE YOUR CHILDS SIGHT...They can keep them from you. The ADMINISTRATOR said they keep unaccompanied minors all the time.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do NOT recommend you take your child here. I took my 1 year old baby who had a burn on his hand & sat there for a hour and no one checked on us or even looked at his hand, so I asked about how long the wait would be for him to be seen & she told me “considering this is an emergency room & we are full, NO” & they all just proceeded to laugh at me.
Do not take your child here!!!!!!! Absolute worst care and worst experience of our lives at the pediatric ER. The staff were more concerned about calling DHS and making false accusations than they were caring for my child. Dr Madden examined my daughter for two minutes and never even bothered to tell us our child’s tests were all normal. We were treated like criminals and we are the best parents around and have never hesitated to take one of our kids to a doctor or specialist. Do not take your child here unless you want your life nearly destroyed. Go to Saint Johns or Hilcrest!!!!!
I have not had the best experience and so we had a great nurse named Tori but half way during the shift they switched nurses who came in once the entire night and then you the med nurse or whatever coming in like she is giving care to my son and steps out the room and when she comes back after I ask another nurse why she came and left and I'm already going through it watching my son not feel well and then to have horrible care with it is just not right and it seems no one cares at all. I would highly recommend that you don't bring your kids here
I got to say.....THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU ALL DR'S NURSES AND STAFF!!my family and I cannot say thanks enough! You saved my son's life and we are FOREVER grateful. From the moment we arrived the staff was nothing short of exceptional. Always friendly Always helpful Always awesome. Covid precautions are tip notch. We always felt safe and everyone there has full protection all the time.I LOVE YOU ST FRANCIS! ❤This is the view from the 1st floor ICU.
Landing pad is a half mile from the operating room, so don't come here in a big hurry.Front of house is on fire because back of house has a Ļęt ıŢ Bųŕn mentality. This means ýòų should bring a pillow, blanket and book and settle in approximately 4 hours. Its cold and noisy. Bring airpods and a candy bar. Most in the emergency room have common cold and yet believe they are dying, so those who are bleeding , suffering chest pains or signs of stroke get sneezed upon roughly 42 times per hour, or 168 sneezes per visit. This is called herd immunity. Vending machines are another half mile walk, so one literally walks miles , even if he arrives in a prototype Jaguar hovercraft.Very nice building, statues, prayer chapel and plenty parking for the hovercraft impaired.
Saved my sons life. ❤ They gave him great care and made sure we (mom and dad) were doing okay too. I'm so grateful that we live so close to such incredible medical professionals.
We had the best crew helping our daughter. Very informative and caring. Everyone was awesome.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
