Saint Francis Health System's Online Review Report Card

If you have a serious medical issue don't come to 61st and yale. You may die here. Nurses and doctors don't do science but will pray for you instead.This place is full of quaks and wannabe TikTok stars. go to the one south if you want to be taken seriously.

I arrived by Ambulance on verge of an acute exasperation at 1:30 p.m. At approximately 3:45 I finally received a steroid shot, still no breathing treatment. Wonder if it's because about 3:20 I called my Pulmonologist and told them what was going on. It's a little after 5 no breathing treatments yet. Finally its 7:10 and I am meeting the Doctor for the first time. He Does Exist. Its now, 7:20p.m. and we get a breathing treatment. At 11:15pm. they decide their sending me home with steroids even though I still feel extremely weak and air less.. Any other Hospital would have kept me overnight. I WILL  NOT BE RETURNING. You feel like your not a person here, more like an animal their processing thru. In fact I told them; we are people, human beings, we are not cattle. Yes I'm a country girl. No Respect from 3/4, the other 1/4 are there to help. I do want to say, Thank You to those who helped me. I do appreciate all you did for me. They Need more than 1 Dr. in the E.R. That is Ridiculous. IF YOU CANT AFFORD MORE DOCTORS FOR THE PATIENTS YOU NEED TO SHUT THE DOORS.

This “paramedic” is a sorry human being. Poor customer service, mocking patients, when asked what his name was he covered his badge with his fingers. Been at this ER since 2:00 pm 11/15/2021 it’s 6:30 am on 11/16/2021. Horrible experience. The explanation we are short staffed, well news flash the entire world is short staffed and we have to be courteous of others. Not to mention this same “man” was told another patient was a fall risk, a he was left unattended, without a fall risk band and guess what fell out of wheel chair not once but twice the second time was right in his head, who do you think helped him, not this guy.

Billing department is the worst. Not helpful at all. Hopefully will never have to be treated at St Francis again.

Saint Francis healthcare systems is the worst hospital ever. I have waited for hours on hours and all they say is to wait longer. The staff is so rude to the point no matter how sick you are you just want to walk out and leave. The staff is uncaring and completely lazy to the point of they will sit their and stare at tickets. I watched people come in after me and get taken back before me. I was told the doctor was gunna come give me my tests and I waited in the room for over an hour before I had to go find the doctor my self. Saint Francis health care systems is the worst place to ever go. If your sick you should drive to literally any other hospital.

I worked at Saint Francis as a Medical Lab Technologist from 2011 to 2014. Tulsa is a great place to live in. Two of my 3 kids were born in Tulsa. In addition, my wife is an Okie.I Love Oklahoma.

Thank you Saint Francis pediatric staff. My daughter was admitted there 2 weeks ago. We stayed there for almost a week and the staff was really great. I have absolutely nothing bad to say.

It is the billing department that I find hateful and rude. I pay more than the agreed monthly amount and they continue to show my balance as past due. I’ve given up calling, they will not communicate with me.

Was at the emergency room after I have fallen. They didn’t care that I couldn’t stand after I twisted my ankle. They cared about other stuff . Not one person was concerned or inquired about my swollen ankle and why I couldn’t stand up on that foot. Plus I was in a emergency waiting room for over 21 hours and nothing to eat
