I recommend Dr. Land Dr. Land is knowledgeable, analytical, thorough, kind, and attentive. I'm so glad I was referred to her!

Dr. Sarah Land is by far the best psychiatrist I’ve ever seen and I’ve been seen by many over the last 20 years. Very highly recommend!

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Sarah Land. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came to the appointment prepared with documentation supporting my diagnosis of PMDD, as well as a thorough history of medications that have failed to manage my symptoms. I explained that while Effexor helps most of the time, my symptoms return severely during my menstrual cycle. I expressed my belief that I may need a more targeted treatment, such as hormone blockers. Dr. Land told me she could not prescribe hormone blockers, which I understood—but when I asked for a referral to someone who could help, she refused to provide one, stating that she "didn't know of anyone" while shrugging her shoulders. I pushed, asking her if she could just put in referral somewhere and i was yet again dismissed.. I also brought up the severe sweating I’ve been experiencing as a side effect of Effexor and asked for help managing it, but she completely dismissed my concern and glazed over the issue. Treating side effects caused by psychiatric medication is something important that a psychiatrist should be knowledgeable in. Her overall demeanor was cold and dismissive. She offered to take me off of the effexor, which I did not want, as I had already stated it helps tremendously when I am NOT on my period. I didn’t feel listened to, validated, or helped in any meaningful way. I left the appointment feeling unseen and unheard. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Dr. Land based on this experience and I am not sure that I will be returning.

Also, I would just like to add that I traveled two hours for this appointment, do not waste your time, money, or gas on this company.

No interaction zero concern When the pharmacy is located inside next to the dr office that’s not a good sign. There was zero engagement with me other than reading my current meds off. She said to add blank…Then without any questions she got up led me to the door to make a follow up appointment and added another script to my med list and pointed at the pharmacy. Absolutely no questions about past meds, no concern about mental state at the time of the appointment. Extremely disappointed. Not the kinda care needed for mental health issues.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS! Absolute worst experience! Thank GOD I recorded it! My daughter and I didn’t even get to see her new psychiatrist. We were interrupted and talked down to the entire time. We were threatened to be charged a “no show” fee if we didn’t continue to suffer in this ladies presence to complete her questions. All she wanted to do was argue and interrupt me when i would attempt to answer her questions. My daughter was so uncomfortable and bawling her eyes out and the lady decided to blame me for my daughter being uncomfortable when you can clearly see in the video how rude she was towards me and my daughter. I can’t believe someone like that works in the mental health department.

I would leave a negative review if I could! My husband went to see Sarah Land ONE time in 2018. Sarah Land and my husband had a short conversation about his stresses and worries and she proceeded to diagnose him with several different things and prescribed him to take lithium. He never went back or took the lithium & he has never been diagnosed with anything. Works 5 days a week at the same jobs for 10+ years but she took that ONE appointment and has flagged his file to where we cannot get life insurance on him. He has never been suicidal or never taken any medicine for suicidal thoughts or depression. He was going through a hard time and Sarah Land has completely taken advantage of that and marked his record! That was 6 years ago and we currently got denied AGAIN because of Sarah Land!! DO NOT GO SEE SARAH LAND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PUT ON LITHIUM AND SAY GOOD BYE TO EVER GETTING LIFE INSURANCE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY!

Narcissist This doctor would make a much better prison warden. She is cold, rude, narcissist, easily irritated if she has to listen to you and makes up her own narrative. I have been on medication for attention for 30 plusyears and, acute medication for anxiety attacks when needed. I had recently experienced an event that was similar to a bet. My family went through 22 years ago which resulted in PTSD. She absolutely made up, lies and jump to conclusions , as I repeated myself over and over. She declined filling my prescriptions for ADHD and anxiety. I have not slept in weeks due to the anxiety and almost paralyzed. I work in the medical field and I would never treat an individual like this. I’ve never seen anyone in this field , so cold and lack of empathy. I recommend you use your phone and record your visit so people can hear the truth. Doctor l who deny meds is probably why people buy medication on the Internet that result and bad outcomes if you don’t know the risk. She’s on a power trip.

My son who is low functioning autistic/non verbal has been seeing Dr Land for years. She literally saved his life by changing his medication routine that his previous well respected Dr had him on and ended up losing his license and going to jail. Because of Dr. Land my son went from 290 pounds to 230 and is more active and alert. She has always spent time with him to make sure she is meeting his needs, even going out of her way to make special considerations in his treatment. Keep in mind these other reviews are from people who need mental help and/or just seeking meds for other than treatment.
