Scott Hudson's Online Review Report Card

Dr Hudson did my thyroidectomy this month, and I cannot say enough about my positive experience, given an unexpected diagnosis. I was honestly a little bit nervous about my visit with him based on previous reviews, but most of his derogatory reviews are based on personality conflicts and not services rendered. I am also a medical provider, so I had the ability to ask around within the hospital network and was assured by associates of his that he is amazing, which really helped. When I saw him in the office, we had a very long in depth visit regarding my diagnosis, and my options moving forward. He was transparent and honest. We discussed the plan moving forward and what to expect from all possible outcomes. The surgery was set very easily and was not booked out months, only a few weeks. The day of the surgery he came in again, answered both my own and my husband's questions prior to surgery. The surgery went well, I've heard from other people who work with him that he is very skilled and meticulous in the OR (for me, that's what is most important about my surgeon, not his personality. But I see no problems with his personality either). My post op went just as expected. He came out and discussed surgery with my husband when it was over too, which we really appreciated. I had emailed him a question on mychart email, and he responded the same day. I cannot say enough good about him, as well as his office staff and the staff at Tulsa Spine where he did my surgery. If you want a skilled meticulous surgeon then I would highly recommend Dr. Hudson.

Dr Hudson has amazing skills would recommend him to anyone who needs his skill set

I saw Dr. Hudson for a chronic ear problem that has been getting worse over the past six years. He was rude, dismissive of my input, and generally unprofessional. I am 61 years old and have seen a few doctors in my time. None of them have ever been so physically rough. I still do not know what his problem was.

I was referred to Dr. Hudson from a dermatologist who refers all of their patients to him as needed. Don't let poor reviews on this site sway your opinion-they frankly made me nervous prior to my first appointment. However, I did not experience any frustration with the office staff or Dr. Hudson. He did an excellent job on my nose repair after giving me an informed choice of options. Both he and the office have been very responsive to followup.

We saw Dr. Hudson for less then 30 minutes. He was arrogant and rude from the moment he opened the door. Told us “you’re the reason I got called into work?” Intentionally caused gagging and pain in retaliation for being called in. Then stated “sometimes I like to pick on my patients! Some say I have a bad sense of humor.” Only thing he was respectful about was advising us on after care. Definitely will not be going back to him!!

I saw Dr Hudson for an oral biopsey. The staff was great. Dr Hudson was very polite and thorough in his exam. I don't usually review a physicians' care but I felt compelled to do so. I expect expert performance and that was delivered in all areas of the experience. Dr Hudson has had excellent training BTW.

Dr. Hudson seemed to be irritated when he walked in the room. Was not interested in what I had to say. Very rough! Rapidly pushed my head to the side without warning. Jammed exam instruments in my nose and ears very rapidly. Jerked the instruments out of my ears so fast it hurt. No excuse for that. Waited a month to see him. Obviously had something else on his mind. Non professional

I cannot call him 'a doctor'. Completely unprofessional and zero professional ethics. Disgusting and ugly personality, disrespectful, impudent, rude, with bedside manner. With sharp and rough movements he was turning my head and same way suddenly and roughly opened my nostrils. Upon my polite request to check my sore throat and maybe to clean it he refused me, saying I should do it myself home. He does not do that (ENT??). During the appointment he didn't listen my concerns and he kept arrogant grin on his face. Completely waste of time and money. Disrespectful and evil. No compassion. Nonsense. I would not recommend this 'doctor' to anyone!

Dr Scott Hudson had inserted a camera down my left nostril causing damage. After seeing this doctor, my nose has an infection and my throat has been malformed by pressure he put on my throat. He also declined to listen to my concerns of acid reflux, as if i was lying. This person is truly an evil person.

My son sees Dr Hudson for his ears.. couldn’t be happier with the way he handles my son who is terrified of any kind of medical treatment! He’s the best!
