This is an Edit-Well I updated this review bcuz I have been seeing her for some months now & they have screwed up a monthly maintenance medicine that I take to two times daily versus three times daily! I’ve tried calling the nurse then I get a text to look at my refill reminder that I can’t fill to early! I couldn’t even tell her they have completely messed up my prescription. I can’t talk to anyone so I will be switching! I have fibromyalgia & I pride myself in not taking narcotics for the constant pain & this particular medicine is a non-narcotic muscle relaxer that literally is the only thing that makes the spasms stop. I’ve seen Dr. Bigelow once since going there which isn’t bad but they need to be consistent bcuz I’m not sure how this happened so I will be switching doctors especially bcuz the lack of follow up by the nurse & how insulting to send a text to remind me that my refill is too early versus speaking to me!
