Had a somewhat complicated root canal done by Dr. Ritter today. Both he and his assistant, Sam, were excellent. Dr. Ritter has a confident and caring manner that put me at ease. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. The anesthesia block wore off hours ago and no pain! Well done!
I saw Dr. Ritter for a root canal. He is an outstanding endodontist with a patient centered approach, professional attitude, with outstanding results. I was very pleased with how smooth and discomfort free the procedure went.
Dr. Stone is amazing! I’ve had 2 root canals performed by her and both were administered with excellent education and communication. She answered every question I had with patience and worked quickly to get me out of the chair as soon as possible. I hope not to return, but absolutely recommend this team! You are in the best of hands!
This place is a blessing. My wife needed emergency services and they stayed later and did all they could after the VA could not. So many turned her down and they came through. Even sending a text two days later to make sure she was ok. God bless yall. Wonderful people.
The work done was great but terrible experience with their desk/billing. If an insurance doesn't cover something, you should call people to explain them instead of sending invoices with no explanations and a hand written note saying "Pay this!!"
Dr. Ritter was absolutely amazing. I was having horrible pain in my face and needed a root canal, I came in to find the issue and he had me come back in 2 hours to do to procedure, made sure I didn't have to wait until the next week, I am very thankful i was in pain for 4 days and he fixed me right up, I will forever be appreciative of this man when Noone else would listen. Thank you so much.
My experience at this dental practice was extremely unsatisfactory and I am highly dissatisfied. Right from the start, it was evident that the practice was disorganized, but I didn't think much of it at first. However, it became increasingly frustrating when I had to call multiple times just to get information about fees and treatment plans, which were not promptly provided. Even my spouse had to make several requests for this information. I requested oral sedation, but they failed to inform me of any details or precautions regarding the medication such as I would need a driver and I could not eat or drink beforehand. Luckily, my spouse knew,This should have been communicated to me by the practice beforehand. During my appointment, the assistant administered the sedation and assured me that the doctor would be in shortly. However, when Dr. Stone came in, she mentioned that my tooth's anatomy was unusual and there was a possibility of future complications with a root canal. My spouse and I made the decision to proceed with the root canal since I was already under sedation, but if I had been properly informed beforehand, I would have declined the procedure but I was already under medication. Unfortunately, due to their poor scheduling practices, my root canal was not completed after an hour to two of work by Dr. Stone. Had they conducted an examination prior to administering sedation, they would have known how difficult it would be to complete the root canal successfully. Their only solution was for me to come back another time and try again. However, we ended up going to a different dentist the same day who extracted the tooth instead. Before leaving the office we were asked to pay upfront even though they had initially told us it would cost around $1000 and asked for half as upfront payment. We agreed to this arrangement, but it became increasingly frustrating when we had to constantly follow up on our insurance claim and payment status with no satisfactory response from the practice. Despite being told they would submit another claim (which they did), all we received was a bill in the mail with minimal explanation of our costs and a note written “your insurance isn’t going to pay for the treatment. Balance is your to pay” We immediately emailed them to clarify, but did not receive any response. As expected, my spouse had to call them and sort everything out. Overall, We had to pay for incomplete treatment. I strongly advise against choosing this dental practice due to their disorganization and lack of consideration for their patients' finances.
I highly recommend this office. Everyone was great from the receptionist to Theresa to Dr Saxon were are all professional, understanding helpful and efficient. They laid out all the options and helped us make the best decision. My daughter had gum surgery there and while not something anyone wants, they made it the best experience possible.
I was having a lot of pain and they got me in ASAP. I was nervous since I had never had a root canal and they made me feel comfortable throughout my whole appointment. Dr. Ritter was great! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here! Also love how modern the office looks and they played country music for me! It’s the little things that make for a great experience!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Dr. Siegler and his assistant Tori were very kind, patient and loving. They both made me feel very comfortable. I was very scared because I have severe claustrophobia issues. They were super understanding and accommodating...and I'm happy I trusted them because now my root canal is done and behind me! Dr. Siegler explained everything so clearly. After the initial numbing I had no pain during the procedure. I gave Tori a hug when leaving because she's just the sweetest thing ever! The staff there are all pleasant and kind. The office was styled so nicely. I mentioned it to my cousin and we both agreed on the decor. It's on point. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to them!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
