I don't get it. Why make the appointment for 3:15 if you have to sit and wait for an hour before getting called? It's shouldn't take 2 hours to do a 20 min procedure! Fix your scheduling! It's like this every single appointment!

They told me to use patient portal for information, so I did. There is not any information that indicated I was EVER there. I have called 7 times and no one could confirm any results or plan of care for me. Had testing done 4 months ago and have not heard anything. Also I have been mostly home bound and caught covid after my visit there. Have them clean the equipment while you are there and wear a mask without exception.

Went here for the first and last time today. They were 40 minutes late calling me back for my appointment that I showed up 20 minutes early for. After getting my eyes dilated and waiting another two hours I still had not been seen by a doctor for a simple procedure. I finally just left without being seen. No one ever apologized about the wait time either. This was not a good experience.

RUN AWAY! These are the most incompetent folks on the planet and I'm fairly certain no one there can string together a sentence of more than six words in proper English. They overbook by about 10 people per appointment time and run you through like cattle and this poses challenges for their staff. During my visit, they called me by the wrong name 7 times in a row, and within a 30 minute period! My Lord, there is absolutely no way I'd ever consider let this troop of monkeys perform ocular surgery on me! Never! I politely walked out of their office, and they sent me a letter of apology in the mail, but (guess what) they addressed it to the wrong name! I sent it back. Their alleged office manager, Lorena Espitia, barely makes poverty-level salary - so maybe that's the issue. Anyway, run far, run wide from this place!
