The experience at the hospital was overall positive comparatively but the billing has been an utter nightmare. The billing department contact has been rude and hateful, they have refused to bill my insurance, or bill it correctly, and I continue to receive incorrect bills months later, and even though I've met my out of pocket maximum for the year, they find ways to charge me extra. There is absolutely nothing special about this hospital or the staff. I have had two different surgeries here in the past year and compared to other facilities, the unfriendliness is very noticeable amongst the direct care staff. My experience with the discharge planner was absolutely atrocious and I had to advocate everything I needed for my aftercare which should have been arranged by their office. Never again unless I have too. I really wanted my experience to be better, especially the second time around. It just wasn’t.There is absolutely nothing special about this hospital or the staff. Wow! Without a doubt to best experience in my life in the category of medical procedures. THE MOST POLITE AND ATTENTIVE staff i have ever encountered.Everyone comes in to introduce themselves, even the girls bringing in the meals ask “so, how are you doing”… Fantastic food, BTW. I feel that Tulsa is so blessed to have Dr. James Rodgers (aka Doc Rodgers). I don’t think you would find someone better anywhere in the world. Calls me the night before, checks on me constantly. Swings by in the evening with his lovely wife, Patsy, to check on me. He really cares and it shows. Even the anesthesia Doc, Bill Dudney, was so polite and attentive. i don’t think i have ever met an anesthesiologist before a procedure that spent that much time just visiting with me to make me feel comfortable. I could go on and on. Months of misery have ended and i can get back to a normal, pain free, existence. My sincere Thanks Steve Antry

Doctor, nurses, EVERYONE WAS AWESOME. I was even late to check in and they still took my daughter. Thankful for people like them that made us feel welcome. 💜 can’t thank you all enough!

I have a rare auto-immune disease, am immunocompromised, and had a screening colonoscopy at a time when I was highly vulnerable to Covid. The nurses and staff exceeded my expectations in providing a comfortable and safe experience for me.

I got an upper endoscopy done here and it was amazing. Every single person I came into contact with was so nice and ensured that my family and I felt comfortable and were fully aware of everything that was happening to me. It was such a welcoming atmosphere and I’m so happy I got my procedure done here!

Mom mother got released today after neck surgery. The amount of care and attention she got was amazing. The nursing and tech staff went above and beyond and I can't thank you enough!

Had a mylogram where they inject contrast in your spine. I had three wonderful nurses taking care of me. My son had his tonsils and enormous adenoids removed yesterday. The staff was really amazing. They are LGBTQ friendly as well, which made my son feel much more comfortable. They genuinely care, and you can tell. His surgery was performed by Dr. Jeremy Foon. He has an excellent bed side manner and my child’s favorite doctor. I wish I remembered his nurse’s name because she needs a raise. honestly, there should be more people like her in this world. My only complaint is I wish they would have mentioned they would be giving him fentanyl awards before doing so. I feel it was a little strong, giving him a headache.
