Wonderful urologist, listens to us and cares about our concerns, would definitely recommend, however, his office scheduling lacks ALOT. Wait time is always an hour or longer. This definitely needs some work.

Horrible experience! Worst bedside manner ever. Came in the room with a attitude and took it out on my husband and myself. It was so awful it made me cry. I just could not believe how he yelled and made us feel so uncomfortable for no reason except he was having a bad day! The tech was amazing and helped my husband before and after this unbearable horrible experience. We had wanted to see a different Doctor at this facility but he was not available that day and now the experience will not allow me to even consider any other Doctor associated with this facility. My husband did not want me to say anything but i do not understand how he could get away with this treatment and pray no one else has this experience.

I would give Dr. Cook and his staff a 10 star rating if I could. They were very professional and did their jobs well. Dr. Cook did an outstanding job at explaining what they expected to do. He went through everything thoroughly and at a level that was easy to understand. He was personable as well as professional. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and staff.

Dr Cook did a great job of reassuring me that my kidney cancer is not likely to come back. I really love how all of the bloodwork and scans were completed before my appointment. Dr Cook is an awesome doctor!!!
