Dr. Hawkins is great! He removed our son’s tonsils when he was 4. I love that he wasn’t quick to offer surgery but tried many solutions before we ultimately decided on the tonsillectomy. He is very professional and compassionate.Several years later, we brought our daughter to him because she was having repeat ear infections. He went the extra mile when it came to scheduling her procedure. We were so thankful that he worked her in so quickly.We highly recommend him!

After an awful experience at another office that i left before even seeing the doctor; i called And the lady was so helpful and is getting my son on Monday today is friday. I’m happy we will be going here, customer service is huge to me & after a bad experience she made me calm down and have some relief feeling coming here!

Dr. Hawkins is one of the best doctors in our region, if not the best! He is experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, and so are his employees. He is communicative throughout pre and post op, and has a great bedside manner. I recommend him to anyone.

Dr Hawkins, and his front office, went out of their way to take care of my son today. I mixed up our appointment dates and they were so understanding and took care of the issue we have been battling for a year. It was so quick and painless. The best care and experience I’ve ever had with a medical office.

Dr Hawkins was my ENT 21 years ago and is now my sons ENT. He did not hesitate to get him tubes after he had 9 ear infections in 6 months. He will call in a prescription for ear drops whenever we need them without an appointment and his office gets us in quickly! We can’t recommend him enough.

We absolutely love Dr Hawkins and his staff! He is incredibly kind and goes out of his way to help our family!!!! His nurse Susan is the best! I trust Dr Hawkins so much! He is extremely wise and has made such sound decisions regarding tubes for my son. He truly cares for his patients. He is passionate about helping those who need to see an ENT and will do whatever he can to work someone in. He is a hard worker too! Thank you Dr Hawkins for all that you have done for us! We love you and your staff!!!
