Woodward Oral Surgery's Online Review Report Card

My 15 year old had surgery at this facility and I cannot express how wonderful everyone was including front desk and assistants. Dr Woodward is seriously AMAZING. I will say that there was a little bit of a scheduling issue that caused a pretty long wait time but I would still like to give them the highest rating based on the comfort and kindness we received.

We was referred by creek natoin here. If you know you know. We don't always get the top of the line care. My son is 15 he has dmdd,odd,adhd and he's autistic. Just to name a few. I was very concerned with him having teeth pulled. Due to keeping him comfortable and interactions with all the meds he is already on. The dentist was awesome. He listen, he went over all my concerns and he even gave me a back up plan. He come out to talk to me even after the surgery. To reassure me and go over everything. He definitely cares about his patients.<br>If your child is autistic you know the struggles. I have already recommend a few of my friends here. The staff is also very caring and nice.

I've been to Woodward Oral Surgery twice now and not only is the office beautiful and relaxing, the staff is so nice, from the ladies at the front desk to the procedure room. Very good experience!!

Dr. Woodward is so kind and knows what he’s doing. He makes his patients feel comfortable and like his friends and he knows the Lord so that just helps you feel better. You can see the joy of the LORD in his smile and can tell he takes delight in his work! I had wisdom tooth extractions no sedation. You would still be in good hands I believe, even if you got sedation. -I want to edit my comment and say something else good.- I know everything is not about race, but I really love that they made me feel no different being an African American woman. They made me feel very special, as they did everyone else and treated me like family . Definitely recommend!

I very rarely rate businesses online, but I wanted to take a moment to talk about the wonderful experience I had at Woodward Oral Surgeons. They are very thorough and organized about setting up an appointment and making sure you’re aware of the costs going in. From the moment you walk in to the building, you can tell the customer’s comfort is a key tenant of their business. You meet the receptionists, Marcy and Cary (?), who are so kind and welcoming. The office is immaculate. Dr Woodward is truly passionate about helping his patients and that comes through in the way he interacts with you. They emphasize your comfort and put you at ease, which is so important. Highly recommend this office to everyone.

Well my son had to have surgery and that wasn't the problem the problem was that I am 47 years old and I have the ladies in the front literally tell me that I couldn't leave to go get food or anything to drink for real that's ridiculous you can not tell grown people when they can drive their own car 🚗 I work graveyard hours so I really needed some coffee I was offered water everyone doesn't drink water how rude

Dr. Woodward's office provides a spectacular experience to an event that is not normally considered spectacular. My 16-year-old son recently got his wisdom teeth extracted at their beautiful, new location. From the moment I made the appointment, Marci at the front desk made me feel like family. His appointment day went so smoothly, and Dr Woodward gave us blankets in the surgery room to keep us warm at his pre surgery review. The new office provides a pickup location on the side, so the patient has privacy to leave once they wake up from surgery. When I picked up my son, Dr. Woodward himself came out to my car to tell me how the surgery went. He is such a humble, personable person.<br><br>Afterwards, I had a question about my insurance coverage and Denise, in billing, took her time to explain my coverage and even gave me insurance advice. The office has such a wonderful team! Our experience was so great, my daughter is driving from 2 hours way to have her extraction next week.

If I could give more stars, I would! First, I want to acknowledge Marcie at the front desk. What a kind and wonderful woman! She has such a calming voice and had helped me so much, talking to me about what my procedure would be like, and she reassured me several times that I was in good hands. You guys owe her a raise! She provided the best customer service. When I got there, the place was BEAUTIFUL, a very clean and calming environment. They called me back for x-rays, and I love that it is the kind that goes all around your head. A few minutes later, I was called back to meet Dr. Joshua Woodward. He was so kind and compassionate. He explained the procedure and how long I would be out for. His assistants got the IV prepped for sedation, and I remembered thanking them for making me feel safe (I was already on the laughing gas lol), and then I saw a white light for what felt like seconds. Then they woke me up and said everything went great with no complications. I had 3 teeth pulled, one of those being a broken wisdom tooth. He said it only took 15-20 minutes. Today is day 2, and I STILL have no pain at the extraction sites, just a sore jaw, which I'll take that over tooth pain! Thank you Woodward Oral Surgery! Marcie, a literal Angel on earth, Joshua Woodward, and the rest of the entire staff, I apologize I didn't get any of your names (unless you told me before the anesthesia 😆). All of you are so kind and wonderful at your job. I will always recommend you all, thank you so much.
