I'm giving them five stars because my recent Achilles rupture was not something that I was expecting nor did I know how to navigate it. The staff here has been amazing and helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend downloading the solv app and pre-scheduling your appointment. Don't be mad when you walk in and others are being seen before you, there's an app for that!

I've been here a few times and always had amazing treatment. Today was an entirely different story that culminated in them stating I was refusing treatment because they couldn't accommodate my disability needs while I was waiting to have a pretty severe and deep cut to my finger checked. Ended up waiting an hour and a half before the lack of disability accommodations forced me to need to leave

Pleasant experience at xpress wellness urgent care if you have to be there because of illness. Staff was very cordial, PA Jessica was excellent in explaining what was wrong and how she was going to treat the situation. Am very satisfied with my visit.
