I had an issue with incorrect coding on a visit, so began a appeal with my insurance. I explained this to St Francis, whose rep put in my account chart. Immediately after this I got a letter from their collection agency who I proved appeal process to and they sent info to St Francis. After that I immediately began being harassed weekly about my account. I even made small payments to stop harassment, since I knew my appeal would take awhile but be successful. Even with the small payments, the harassment still persisted every week! This organization is the worst!!!!

Uncaring to COVID19 patients and their families. I miss Craig General. St. Francis is the worst hospital ever!!!!! Myself or anyone else in my family will NOT be back... I can promise you that.
