Great experience everyone was very kind and helpful and not too long of a wait great price
Awesome place to go for an eye doctor!! Dr. Tim Nelson is who I saw for my exam. The building is connected with Dr. Edsall's Dentist office and pretty easy to find. The street parking only allows for, I believe, four parking spots for both businesses. Coming in I was greeted and checked in. I was even told that if they don't except your insurance they will try their best to get that fixed so that they can. There was also hardly any wait time and I was already being called to one of the back exam rooms. Once there we went over a little medical history and my medications. Dr Nelson was quite knowledgeable about how some of my meds can affect my eyes. Dr. Nelson is friendly, down to earth and funny. He made me feel instantly comfortable in the chair. After my exam and pressure test, he put on my trial pair of contacts for me and even fixed the nose piece on my old pair of glasses while I was in the room trying out new frames with his wonderful receptionist, who made picking out frames a whole lot easier. I'm so grateful because I really dislike choosing which ones I like best. My new glasses came in today so it took about about a week to come in which is typically standard in this area. As I was pulling in to pick up the glasses my sister happened to be coming out. She said her frames broke and the receptionist let her choose a new frame. She popped out the both the lens's and put them in the new frame. Completely going out of their way for their patients. If you are looking for an eye doctor in THIS area then THIS is the place to go!

I love this office. The staff and Dr. Nelson are all so friendly. They treat us like family. The glasses are always kept up to date. And they really work to fit you in for emergencies and around your schedule. I recommend this Dr. Office completely. And When you need more help with difficult eye issues, Dr. Nelson see's through to making arrangements for outside medical help.
Dr. Nelson helped save me from becoming completely Blind. He knew exactly what was wrong and exactly how to help.
Great front office! And the Dr. Is the nicest and most knowledgable. Nice clean office and his receptionist Rebecca is very helpful and knowledgeable as well.
Dr. Nelson is very knowledgeable and friendly. That being said: both times I went, I was given the wrong frames. The first time, the lady got mad and insisted that there was no way she could ever be wrong, and just left me and my child both upset, and my child had to wear old man frames for a year. The second time, I took a picture of the frames in case it happened again. Again, the lady insisted that there was no way she could ever possibly be wrong. Once I let it be known that I had pictures to prove it, they agreed to fix the problem. That day, I posted the previous negative review. When I went back to get the correct frames, they were very helpful and apologetic, and said that I could bring any of them back to have them adjusted if needed. A few days after posting the negative review, I received a letter from Rebecca stating that they had seen the poor review and apologized, of which I was very appreciative. It is always nice to see a few people still using their manners. I updated the review to include my appreciation and raised the number of stars. As soon as they got their way and I fixed the review, they sent me an unwarranted bill even though the visit was covered by insurance. I'm done. I will pay them their money and take my business elsewhere. Unless you have endless amounts of time to deal with unnecessary issues along with nerves of steel, just save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
He is always very professional and accommodating to our needs. Thank you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
