Prepare to spend hours here. Appt was for 5:30, 6:30 we weren’t even in a room yet. Can hear doctor and nurse talking about their weekend plans and other things. No sense of urgency and not patient centric.

I made an appointment for 7:15p and drove an hour because this is the closest urgent care that takes my insurance. Upon check-in I was told they were running 45 minutes late. I waited in the waiting room and they took 6 patients that walked in after me without an appointment. I was finally taken to an exam room at 8:15pm and was the last patient when I walked out at 8:45pm. This is unacceptable to make people who plan their visit in advance wait after others who walk after them without an appointment. If they can't grasp a simple concept like this would you trust their medical advice?

Doctor and clinical care was awesome and thorough. I’m not sure why they make appts, when walk ins go ahead of you. Made an appointment for 3:15, arrived 10 mins early waited an hour and half after my appointment time to be seen. But I’ve never been disappointed in the care here.

Very professional and thorough. The doctor is very good with kids and explains problems that may be going on. I have used them for years and will continue. Quick in and out.
