Dr. Hagood has performed four surgeries for me during one of the most frightening times in my life. He always puts me at ease, answer questions with no impatience, and has a empathetic demeanor. Everything he explained to me regarding each surgery was on point. Highly recommend!

Dr Haygood operated on my breast to remove a cyst July 2019. It still hasn't healed and I have a non healing wound left that I have to care for every day. My husband called Dr. Haygood office Dec 2019, 6 months after surgery to get help and was instead referred take myself to an emergency room. I was admitted and put on iv antibiotics. Every doctor who's seen my surgery site asks who did this surgery. ...

One of the best Dr. I have ever been too. He is a Super Super nice man and his staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Trust me, you can not go wrong with Dr. Hagood. He is one great dude!

Excellent bed side manors. Introduced himself as Brady, which threw me, but impressed me. Humble, friendly, very professional. Shannon his nurse is great. Returned my calls promptly and helped me get the codes for insurance. Today was my surgery at the Southside location. Receptionist was very nice and experienced. Darcy who helped me get prepped was super friendly and very helpful. Made sure I was warm and comfortable. Full of smiles! Jennifer the nurse was great, and she put me at ease. Every member of the surgical team came in and introduced themselves. That was unexpected and very reassuring. I knew I was in good hands(ultimately in God's hands, but you know). Dr Hagood, Dr Shetty,(anesthesiologist) Matthew the nurse anesthisist, the surgical nurse (forgot his name, Ray maybe?) came in to say hello. I don't usually write such long reviews, but felt compelled to do so after receiving such world class attention. Kudos to you all!

Dr Hagood has performed 3 surgeries on me. All were umbilical hernias. The multiple surgeries were due to weak connective tissue and it took multiple surgeries to repair the damage. Dr Hagood is a compassionate and very knowledgeable surgeon, and is a faith-based doctor. He genuinely cares for his patients, listens well and explains in detail the nature of the problem(s) and the corrective action(s) to be taken. No one wants surgery, but if needed, Dr Hagood is outstanding! I highly recommend him for general surgery issues.
