Dr Hagood is one of the best in the business if you ask me. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t talk at me just straight forward. His nurse could thaw out a bit but you get that everywhere. I take a medicine called belbuca. We discussed it pre op and at surgery center. They warned me at the surgery center I would have a harder time controlling my pain due to the belbuca having an affinity to bond stronger to the pain receptors longer and had a half life of up to 72 hours. That issue should have been addressed way before hand.needed stronger meds for the first 7 days because the meds just were not binding.then you have the nurse who dosnt say it but treats you like your a drug seeker. No mam I’m a get out of pain seeker😂 I guess we will see how the follow up goes.

Dr Hagood has wonderful bedside manners, he takes time and listens to your concerns. He’s knowledgeable, professional and caring. Great surgeon my scar is not noticeable. He’s the Best!

Dr. Hagood has good bedside manner. He made a point to connect on a personal level, and answered all my questions to put me at ease. He explained the process well and treated me humbly and humanely. My incisions healed nicely and are hardly noticeable. I had no complications with my surgery.

I had a hernia surgery and gall bladder surgery with Dr. Haygood. He’s very compassionate and is very knowledgeable about his work. Both were outpatient surgeries with minimal recovery time.

Dr. Hagood has performed four surgeries for me during one of the most frightening times in my life. He always puts me at ease, answer questions with no impatience, and has a empathetic demeanor. Everything he explained to me regarding each surgery was on point. Highly recommend!
