No one at her Office receives the phone for appointment. I left 3 or 4 voice mail but no luck on getting a call back.

By far Dr Goracke is the best Dr I have ever had. She is amazing and never makes you feel bad in any way. She goes above and beyond what I would expect from a Dr. Total Healthcare Partners are blessed to have Dr Goracke. This is my first Dr office I have been to in okc and it will be my forever office strictly due to the service I received. Keep up the amazing work you live the Dr code of ethics and wish everyone was like you!

I've never had a better doctor than Dr. Goracke. She listened to me when other doctors dismissed me. She was able to give me a diagnosis of something that I was born with. Dr. Goracke gave me a referral to a specialist to help me. She has made a tremendous impact on my life and I will forever appreciate that. 10 out of 5 stars.

Very down to earth and bedside manner is amazing. It was the first time for my daughter to visit with her and she explained everything to me as well as focused on her to understand what she was saying as well. Very neat office and staff is great 👍

She actually wants to understand and help instead of reading a chart and treating a symptom, which is hard to find if you want a doctor as talented as Dr Goracke.

I scheduled an appointment here for today (Friday) for a referral to a women's specialty clinic for an already made appointment on Monday. When I showed up there, they said that they had called me and left me a voicemail stating that the doctor had called in sick today so they had to reschedule. Well I didn't have time to reschedule it before Monday so I told them never mind. Fast-forward until I get to the parking lot, I checked my voicemail to confirm their story. The only voicemail they had ever left me was the one I already listened to 2 days ago for a confirmation for the appointment today. So when I called up to the office to let them know they never left me a voicemail and must have contacted the wrong number, Victoria in the office argued with me on the phone assuring me that there is absolutely no way she could have not called my number. So needless to say they'll cancel your appointment and not even tell you until you get there. And then they'll argue with you, and by they.. I mean Victoria again, stating that they let you know ahead of time when they didn't. So my review is not directed towards the doctor herself, but specifically for the unprofessionalism of the office staff.

Dr Holly is one of the best doctors I have ever known. She cares! She takes time to listen to you and really tries to find a solution to your problem. Most doctors just push the newest drug on you. I would consider her an actual healer. Not just a doctor. Her assistant is personable and friendly. It's very comfortable to go there. I wish all doctors would be more like her. She is all about helping people, not about how much the insurance will pay.
