This place is unbelievable! They ran some tests for me, and the PA assured me she’d call the next day with the results—but she never did. Of course, they made sure to collect all the payments within a few days. I went back a month later, only to find out my test results had been ready for three weeks, yet no one bothered to call me.

Terrible service. Waited over 2hr with my 3yr old. He was never seen. Lobby was empty. This is not the first time we have had this problem.

I definitely recommend Immediate Care! I just moved to Yukon so this is my first experience using this facility. They were amazing. From front desk to the Doctor. Friendly, caring, concerned for my health, fast service they are on top of their game!! Thank you to ALL the staff!!
