I’m sure she is a good cold/flu doctor. Indeed not a doctor that goes above and beyond to ensure patients have what they need. If you’re someone who travels a lot for work and needs medication a few days early, this isn’t the doctor for you. Before I traveled, I explained my situation thoroughly to the nurse. She wanted to argue about laws and other semantics — even suggested I plan better (she didn’t know that I had requested this drug days earlier through the pharmacy)—all of this during the holidays. I felt hopeless. I terminated our relationship and want everyone to know what they might be in for.

I’m sure she is a good cold/flu doctor. Indeed not a doctor that goes above and beyond to ensure patients have what they need. If you’re someone who travels a lot for work and needs meds a few days early, this isn’t the doctor for you. In particular, I needed a sleeping medicine two days early as I had a long week of travel ahead. I submitted this for fill days earlier through the pharmacy, and the doctor never responded. I then submitted it through the Mercy app; they sent it to the pharmacy but did not approve it for early release because it’s schedule 2. Before I traveled, I explained my situation thoroughly to the nurse. She wanted to argue about laws and other semantics — even suggested I plan better (she didn’t know that I had requested this drug days earlier through the pharmacy)—all of this during the holidays. This post is under my husbands name. Dr. Miller is an amazing doctor. She truly takes the time to listen and she never makes you feel like she’s too busy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Kristen Miller is literally the best primary care physician I have ever had. She listened to me knew other doctors dismissed my concerns and was so incredibly sweet as well. I recommended her to my sister and she also had a great experience with her.
