I liked this place, but they take too long for no reason. Came in and I was the only patient in the waiting room, they did some swabs, asked me questions, then shoved me in a waiting room. I was in there for about 20 minutes before doctor visited. By that time my tests were supposed to have been done so he went to check after checking me out and nobody visited for another 20 minutes, only to ask if I got paperwork, when I hadn't even been given my test results. I heard a boy and his father come in and a secretary watching YouTube while I was waiting, so I'm not sure why it took an hour to get me out, being one of the only few there. When I went to leave, there was only the boy, his father, and an older lady. I hear them watching youtube videos all the time while I'm in the back waiting almost every time I come here, not sure how they have the time to do that if they're supposedly "busy" with "sicker" patients..

Kelly(?) answering the phone is absolutely rude for no reason. I went there this morning and called to follow up on something and she was just unnecessarily rude. You can explain something without being hateful about it. If you precede your statement with “not to be rude” 9/10 times it’s rude. You work with people daily, learn to be kind. Everyone else there was great.

I have gone multiple times and the first time I went the nurse who took me back was really nice and the doctor was nice and the girl who did my CT scan was really helpful and explained everything really well and she understood me really well. And then the other times I have gone they have been really great and nice and sweet. I absolutely love the people there and that is a ERand Urgent care I would go to if I ever have to. And they are pretty fast at getting us back to get looked at. Not only that the first time I went I had to go to the ER there and I got an IV I was scared for a little bit but they Explained how it would go ina nd they described the IV as a little barbie straw. And they were super patient with me and they were just so incredibly amazing. I would personally recommend you go to this place because they are sweet and kind. And if you have a little kid and they are scared to get the IV ask the nurse how it feels and what is it. When I got the IV it barely hurt. I love the nurses and doctors and the staff they are so understanding and incredible. Thank you for everything you do for us OU Health and Urgent Care!!! ❤

Took my 1 year old son here on Monday, 12/16. Figured out he has RSV. Got told his ears etc look perfectly healthy. Not even 24 hours later, he has been crying non stop and so we finally took him into his normal pediatrician today and she advised us that he has a double ear infection and his right ear drum is BULGING. That doesn’t happen within 24-48 hours of being completely “healthy” ears. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR YOUR LITTLES. My baby is in pain.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience here. When I was finally seen, the nurse was incredibly rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, the doctor who attended to me was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable with his overly handsy behavior and off hand comments.After waiting for an unreasonably long time without any updates, I decided to leave.This is unacceptable for a place that is supposed to provide care and support. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve their service and staff.

Left after approx 2-1/2 hours of waiting for treatment that was never received that the doctor was ordering. They apparently forgot we were waiting on treatment as a nurse came by the room right before we were going to walk out and go to another facility to ask if we ever received the treatment.
