Premier Plus Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I went to the urgent care with strep throat and a sinus infection and was treated with an antibiotic that was known to focus on strep throat. Within a few days the strep cleared up but i was experiencing extreme pressure in my neck and pain from the sinus infection still. So I decided to call and ask if this was something they would see me for again, they then took my number and said they would give me a call back. 30-40 minutes goes by and I decided to just go back because the pain was too extreme for me to handle. I go back and get situated into a room and dr. Macy comes in. She made me feel as though i had no idea what a sinus infection was and that there was no need to switch the antibiotic i was prescribed with. She made me feel completely idiotic and dramatic. I have extremely yellow mucus and am constantly blowing it out at this point. And to be made to feel like I have no infection is down right ridiculous. You're job is not that hard all you have to do is listen to people and then prescribe them with the needed medication. Not jump the gun make them feel like they dont know anything about whats going on in their own body. Not only that but they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy twice and everyone in the place has a horrible attitude. Dont come here if you dont want to be made to feel stupid and be around people with horrible attitudes. This place is a joke.

Someone needs to update the hours online or confess they didnt open the doors at 7 this morning. Pulled up at 7, they closed the door and turned off the lights.

Receptionist was very friendly. Everything else was fast food behavior.

Just save yourself some time and don’t do it. For one they can’t even recommend a professional because of the bs “insurance “clause” aka “insurance scam” and make sure you double and maybe triple reminder not to forget to sent your medicine to the pharmacy because they will forget every time.

I was skeptical about coming here due to the low rating, but I had absolutely no issues when I came in. Granted, I was the only in the waiting areas when I was there. The rep at the front desk was pleasant and friendly. My wait was not long at all and I also had a wonderful experience with my care. Everything went smoothly and all straight to the point. I highly recommend for urgent care needs.

I came in for a quick test and there was nobody else in the waiting area. The area was clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The wait was still 20 ish minutes for some reason but I didn't mind too much. The dr/pa I saw was very sweet, kind and helpful. I would return here.

Was a good place when it opened and the actual doc showed and cared. Cori was also always nice but I haven’t seen her lately. Gals up front have always been nice…. But, The rudeness that happened on my last visit from physician isn’t acceptable. My wife’s last visit also wasn’t up to par. I also took the time to try and voice my concern privately with no resolution or response. Simply they don’t care… go somewhere else.

Very, very disappointed. This urgent care facility refused to let me see a doctor. I simply needed a bridge of medication while I was waiting to be seen by my primary care provider. They do not offer MAT. If you need any form of psychiatric care I highly recommend going elsewhere. The nice people at OU Urgent care down the street in Yukon were able to assist me with my psychiatric needs.

Premier Plus Urgent Care @ Surrey Hills Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow! Talk about excellent service. Dr. Chandler and his staff always go beyond my expectations. This was not our first visit to this facility either. From experiencing urgent cares around military bases, you truly never know what you’re going to get. The ER? Forget about it. You’ll be there for 4-6 hours. I walked in tonight almost as they closed and they were absolutely fantastic. Each staff member I came in contact with was incredibly professional, kind, understanding, and comforting. They stitched me up quickly, they took their time doing it, explained my injury to me, and made sure I was comfortable. Bonus, I still made it home for dinner and to tuck my little one into bed. Seriously 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Closes at 7 not at 8 as advertised.
