Both times I’ve been here for strep they have been very friendly and quick! Would recommend.

Great service. I’m happy that they are there.

First off, I am rarely sick. I was very honest about having had this upper respiratory drainage over a week and coughing up green and having a cough. The PA said not bacterial and only needed steroids and was told people Get this confused all the time. I told her nicely that I did not think this was right since this had been going on over a week already and I thought I had it swung and it came back overnight. I also said I have to fly out of town next Friday and am concerned about this not clearing up. I have now missed a week of work, canceled my flight, and will be going to Mercy primary care tomorrow morning for an antibiotic since I am still coughing up green stuff almost a week later and can barely speak. I was hoarse talking to her last Saturday. I was told upon making this new appointment and telling them what was going on and how long it had been going on (almost 2 weeks now) that steroids are not going to take care of an upper respiratory like I am describing much less a z-pak. Unfortunately, I feel Like this PA did not care to listen to what i had to say at Premier. The PA took the easy steroid route and was not wanting to prescribe an antibiotic for what was obviously not allergies a week later when I came in about the symptoms and that it had obviously turned into a bacterial infection. I will not be returning to this urgent care! Also, I was not willing to return to Premier to pay another co-pay to get a different prescription.

I've been there twice in the last few months. I'm always seen immediately. The nurse and PA or Dr takes quite a bit of time with me. It's super clean.

Our family lives nearby and has been to this clinic several times. Always clean. Great customer service and they have met our healthcare needs in a timely manner. I highly recommend this clinic for urgent care needs. Thankful they’re in the neighborhood.

I took my son in for a sports physical. Everyone that worked here was very friendly and the visit was quick. They also had a special where school physicals are free in the month of August. Would definitely go back!

Premier Plus Urgent Care @ Surrey Hills Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow! Talk about excellent service. Dr. Chandler and his staff always go beyond my expectations. This was not our first visit to this facility either. From experiencing urgent cares around military bases, you truly never know what you’re going to get. The ER? Forget about it. You’ll be there for 4-6 hours. I walked in tonight almost as they closed and they were absolutely fantastic. Each staff member I came in contact with was incredibly professional, kind, understanding, and comforting. They stitched me up quickly, they took their time doing it, explained my injury to me, and made sure I was comfortable. Bonus, I still made it home for dinner and to tuck my little one into bed. Seriously 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is what an urgent care should be. Simple check in process, quick to be seen, appropriate testing and full explanation of treatment plans. I have had to go twice this week(I guess when it rains it pours). It was different staff for each visit but they were all very kind and sincere. That's a good sign when everyone is on board to provide exceptional patient care. Please keep up the great work!

No long wait, friendly staff, and treatment that made a huge difference. Would definitely recommend checking them out.
