Rachelle Wilson's Online Review Report Card

I went searching online for a hormone doctor in my area. Doctor Wilson came up in the search so I gave her a chance. First appointment she seemed like she cared. She was nice and listened to my issues that is going on. Unfortunately after the second visit (August 29th) I'm pretty sure that I made the wrong choice. Here's what happened. When the nurse took me back I explained that I needed paperwork to be filled out for a job related issue due to a bad reaction to the medication that they prescribed. They charged $30 and didn't even fill out the paperwork correctly. I would like a refund due to the paperwork not being done correctly but I think I'll take this up with my credit card company instead. The person who took my blood on the first visit ended up cutting me during the blood draw. When I brought this up to Dr. Wilson today during my second appointment she brushed it off and acted like she didn't care. Doctor Wilson recommended again that I have a Biote pellet inserted. I didn't like that treatment plan and her nurse was super annoyed at me. Her attitude towards me was short and rude. I will not be returning due to the attitude that I was given. If a patient doesn't like a treatment plan, an attitude towards the patient isn't the correct thing to do. I would have liked to talk about a different treatment plan other than the BioTE pellets. It seems like that's the only treatment plan that will work for HER and not you. Dr. Wilson and her staff doesn't seem to care about the patient and what is best for them. Please research doctors before you decide on which doctor to go to. Read all of the reviews because a lot of the bad reviews sound similar to my issues with the doctor and staff. I spent over $180.00 yesterday for nothing. Please be careful with this doctor and her "clinic"

I haven’t seen Dr. Wilson yet, but her staff, specifically Amber, was more than awesome when scheduling my new patient appointment. She seemed to have cared and had empathy for my situation. Not everyone is going to vibe with a doctor so sometimes you just have to keep searching until one works best for you. I didn’t vibe with my last doc, but just talking to her staff made me feel better about everything, especially when I’m changing from a doctor I actually work for whose staff was awful. It was definitely a refreshing change.

Hi, my friend goes your clinic for her birth control. She has an implant in which CAN be harmful if it’s over due too long for a change. I know this as I’ve seen it. You have pushed her off since JUNE. She has went back for another appt & was told they couldn’t find the bar but yet I could see it perfectly fine on a FaceTime call. This is unprofessional & shows absolutely what everyone else in the other reviews say is true. Rachelle Wilson, you need to resign your licenses before you actually hurt someone. You are not able to run a clinic. I will be taking her to an ER & getting documents to prove you just didn’t want to deal with her & hopefully that will do some justice for your HORRID clinic. Have a great day & learn how to be an actual professional.

Called to schedule an appt and the guy that answered the phone was extremely rude

I'd give zero stars if I could. Customer service is absolutely terrible. They're running people through there like cattle with no desire to build a relationship with you. To top it off, they almost gave me someone else's injection once before I confirmed the last name. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Sheesh!

Office does not return calls

Their care for my wife is terrible. This doctor reveals the classic example of, " The Five Minute Office Visit." If you have seen this doctor, you know this all too well. It can take more than one week to get lab results...outrageous!

Very rude staff that work here.....super nice to call to cancel an appointment and the attendant just says ok and hangs up the phone. Also, sus about getting actual gynecological stuff done here as they are mostly a body/appearance enhancement center rather than women's health. Papsmear takes about 45 seconds with no further information or questions asked about your life or symptoms you might have. 🤷🏻‍♀️
