He kicked me out as a patient because I didn’t “comply with his directives” however all the doctors he referred me to, weren’t the correct doctors. Oh and his letter even had misspelling in it, professional right? I informed them and his office would refer me to someone else, who once again wasn’t the correct doctor. He wouldn’t refill my adderall and therefor kicked me out because I couldn’t find a psychiatrist within a 2 month span WITH INCORRECT REFERRALS. So disrespectful and inconsiderate. He beats around the bush and doesn’t do anything himself. Just refers you to others. He is a joke of a doctor and doesn’t help when you need it. I’m so disappointed with this office.

Dr. Pham is an awesome doctor! I get nervous when I have to go to a dr appointment but he is and makes me feel comfortable. I appreciate how he always listen to my needs.

My child was brought in for a certain reason. My child was questioned so much that they became very uncomfortable. They were asked questions as if they were being interrogated. After 20 minutes of being questioned, the reason for their visit wasn’t even addressed.

Dr. Pham is a very caring Dr., very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Pham comes across very well as a caring doctor. He follows up along with his assistant. He is a good doctor to chose as your primary physician.

My mother was a patient of Dr. Pham for several years. When we needed him, he failed our family. Our Mother fell and broke a hip while living at Brookdale. It was difficult to communicate with him and he never visited our Mother once she was at Mercy Hospital on Memorial Road in Oklahoma City with a broken hip. He did not share important with our family re risks, options, etc. We are greatly disappointed and angry!

I've been going to Dr. Pham for 9+ years and love him. He always takes his time to listen to my problems/symptoms and gives me very thorough explanations and recommendations. He explains things in a way that even non-medical professionals understand. Recommended other family members to him as well and now pretty much my whole family goes to him. I really hope he doesn't move or retire anytime soon. I can book appointments through the myMercy app and usually can get in the same day or the next.
